I recently visit FIFA.COM to check on our ranking. As I browse in our country's profile, I noticed we still don't have a National League recognized by FIFA.
What are the requirements for a league to be recognized by FIFA? Will our own UFL be considered as our National League? Are there steps made by the PFF to endorse the UFL to FIFA?

UFL is a Manila League now . There are other city leagues in Bacolod and Davao and probably other cities.
PFF has National Championship that was won this year by Teknika FC (Global FC).
