Thanks dingodile5 for starting the thread.
The fixture will be held at the Rizal Memorial Stadium, kickoff at apparently around 7:00PM local time (just my guess).
And a little trivia, this date is the eve of the first anniversary of the birth of Philippine football renaissance (i.e. the historic 2-0 win against Vietnam in the 2010 AFF Suzuki Cup). This is sure an anniversary treat, and a great Christmas gift as well!
For the tickets: I expect them to be way more expensive than those from the World Cup Qualifier fixtures and the Nepal friendly. Remember, this is one of America's high-paying clubs. So my rough estimates for the cheapest ticket (the side bleachers) could be at around PhP 600 to PhP 800. The most expensive (lower centre grandstand) tickets could be priced at around Php 8,000 to Php 10,000 or even more. I think these had been more expensive if a European club were here.
For the lineup: This date doesn't fall to FIFA international breaks. It doesn't apparently fall on winter breaks for major European leagues (e.g. the Bundesliga winter break starts on 18 December this year). Hopefully, the PFF would be inviting the Euro-players to come to the Philippines.
And also, we will definitely miss skipper Aly Borromeo as he will still be tending to his ACL injury by that time. So I think Chieffy Caligdong will definitely take the captain's armband by that time.
If a 4-4-2 is expected, I prospect Neil Etheridge to man the posts. Phil YH or Mark Hartmann and either Nate Burkey, Angel Guirado or Misagh Bahadoran on the front line. Chieffy and James YH on the wings. Paul Mulders or Schrocki as attacking mid. Jason de Jong as holding mid.
The full backs will be my problem now because of Aly's absence. Anton dR (hope he's match fit), Dennis Cagara or Carli at RB. Ray Jonsson or Matt Hartmann at left back. Jerry Lucena, Jason Sabio or Oliver Poetschke at CB with Rob Gier.
Coverage: This will definitely be televised here through ABS-CBN. And it will hopefully be broadcasted in the US by ESPN. Major news outputs like the BBC, CNN, AP and Reuters might even cover this too.
This is definitely a once-in-a-lifetime match, and a very promising one.

As of now. There are no reports about ticket prices and tv coverage. I really hope this will televised because its will show how far our team go in competing with professional foreign players

As you said the Winter break is Dec 18 so why you pick Schrock ? He is playing league match same day . You can also forget Mulder, Cagara and Lucena, probably also Neil Etheridge

To those who are planning to book flights in anticipation of a December 4 friendly, DO NOT BOOK YET. There is still a chance that it may NOT be on December 4.
An LA Galaxy official will arrive next week to inspect facilities and as always, the club reserves the right to have the final decision on the matter. This is per @cedelfpt

You can also forget Mulder, Cagara and Lucena, probably also Neil Etheridge That's just my possible pick if the Euro clubs would allow to release the Euro-players, with the exception of Jonsson whose footie season in Iceland just ended, and those from the lower-tiered clubs like Rob Gier, Carli and Oliver P. If we are to showcase our locally-based players, we'll give the Hartmanns and the local U-23s like Leonora and Unabia the first-hand experience.

Also with our meager facilities, it will be possible for the officials to be discouraged to send the team to the PI for the friendly. Sad but true. I hopefully might see big corporate honchos here (MVP?) to be interested in quickly improve the facilities with such a short timeframe. Hopefully if everything is settled, I believe this will be a blast.

Tom Payne,LA Galaxy pres of operations,is coming to Mla wthin d week to inspect facilities for the planned match. He will make announcement. - @cedelfpt
Wiking once said that the pitch looked horrible during the ICanServe friendlies, which was then addressed before the UFL Cup kickoff and the Nepal friendly. If De La Salle would continually maintain the pitch (which is leased to them for 8 years), and the seats and facilities in the stadium will be in decent shape, I'm sure the LA Galaxy official would be happy for that.
I just hope they would decide to postpone, not cancel it, if they deemed it not fit. And maybe if they have a sound mind, they could give assistance to improve the facilities.

I would rather get my Euro players playing with the NT when it matters. During the AFC Challenge Cup!
This is just an 'exhibition' game. Don't get me wrong, I'm still thrilled about the situation.

...which would mean for me to suggest showcasing our locally-based talents. While we might not have our key Euro-players at hand, let's have our players based here, i.e. the YH and Hartmann bros, Chieffy, Ian, Burkey, Guirado, Leonora and the others a chance to shine for (in great hopes) this once-in-a-lifetime event.
Hoping the officials would make a go-signal to this event. I believe this will push through if our facilities will be more than adequate.
