My concern here is the GK, I hope Muller could come to play in Cebu game. For sure Etheridge can't make it unless he's allowed

Before Singapore will face the PHI, They'll to Japan first. Singapore to play friendly against Shimizu S-PulseThe Lions will head to Japan for a training camp that includes playing the J-League side, before taking on the Philippines again five days later as part of their Suzuki Cup warm-up The Singapore national team will depart for Japan on Monday for a training camp, as part of their preparations for the upcoming AFF Suzuki Cup later this month. The Lions will play a friendly game against J-League side Shimizu S-Pulse on November 10, before travelling to Cebu, Philippines for a friendly against the hosts five days later. Captain Shahril Ishak gave the thumbs up to the training camp, as he felt it was a good opportunity for the players to learn. “To play such opponents is good for us, as it will be a good learning experience for us. Even though we will be playing against a club side, the level will definitely [be] very high.” Singapore is scheduled to play their last warm-up game on November 19 against Pakistan, six days before their Suzuki Cup opener against Malaysia at Bukit Jalil Stadium. Both Malaysia and Singapore are in Group B alongside Indonesia. They are joined by Laos, who made it to the tournament by virtue of being runners-up in the pre-qualifying campaign. On October 26, coach Raddy Avramovic announced a 35-man preliminary squad for the Suzuki Cup, which included the likes of Gombak United midfielder Ismail Yunos and Balestier Khalsa’s Hamqaamal Shah. The duo were named alongside regulars such as LionsXII skipper Shahril, evergreen striker Aleksandar Duric and Isa Halim. Ten players from the initial list will not make the trip to Kuala Lumpur in November though, as only a maximum of 25 players are allowed to be registered for the final team list. www.goal.com/en-sg/news/3880/singapore/2012/11/04/3500916/singapore-to-play-friendly-against-shimizu-s-pulse

Singapore friendly final tuneup for AzkalsABS-CBNnews.com Posted at 11/08/2012 7:33 PM | Updated as of 11/08/2012 7:36 PM MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine Azkals will use the Singapore friendly on November 15 as a final tuneup before they compete in the 2012 Suzuki Cup on November 24. The Azkals, who defeated Singapore 2-0 last September, will be backed by a home crowd as the game is set in Cebu City. “With the crowd behind us, we will be able to defeat Singapore,” said Azkals coach Michael Weiss during Suzuki Philippines’ sendoff party for the Azkals on Wednesday. However, he said beating Singapore won’t be an easy task as the Lions will be fielding a more complete lineup in Cebu. “They are playing complete, last time there were players missing. But of course, we are in the position now, we are strong enough to not look at the players of the opponent but rather look on our own strength and rise to the occasion,” said Weiss. Expected to suit up for Singapore are mainstays Aleksandr Duric, Sharil Ishak and Daniel Bennett. Azkals team captain Chieffy Caligdong said they will use the friendly as their final assessment before plunging into the Suzuki Cup tournament. The Philippines faces host team and Southeast Asian powerhouse Thailand in their opener on November 24. “Sa 15, kung anong magiging result don, ico-correct namin kung anong weaknesses ng team, kung anong system ang mitin namin. Kukuha kami ng idea dun para sa laban namin sa Thailand," Caligdong said. Caligdong still considers the Azkals as underdogs against the likes of Thailand, Vietnam and Myanmar. “Underdogs pa rin kami. Pero iba na ang version ng Azkals kumpara sa 2010. Hindi naman kami naga-assume na makakapasok agad sa semifinals, pero siguro may tiwala ako sa kakayanan naming lahat,” he said. The Azkals gained national recognition when they finished third in the 2010 Suzuki Cup. www.abs-cbnnews.com/sports/11/08/12/singapore-friendly-final-tuneup-azkals
Looks like we're the weakened side here as we have some players absent from Sept 7 game and SIN could be in full team. I hope Etheridge or Muller could play here. GK is my worry here. I hope we won't lose in our turf and prevent their upcoming revenge against us.

CCSC almost prepared for Lions-Azkals matchBy Mars G. Alison Cebu Daily News 8:28 am | Wednesday, November 7th, 2012 The Cebu City Sports Center (CCSC) is spending about P100,000 for the renovation of the shower and locker rooms for the Nov. 15 international friendly match between the Philippine Azkals and the Singapore Lions. CCSC manager Ricky Ballesteros said the amount they will be spending for the renovation is not compensated by what they will earn from the rental of the CCSC football field for the match. But they do not mind this. “As well as promoting the CCSC, this match, being the city’s first international football game, will also promote Cebu City and that is what is important,” Ballesteros said. He added they are not balking at spending for the renovation because this is their contribution to the Cebu football community, who will be given the opportunity to finally see an international football match in their own backyard. According to Ballesteros, they will also be able to use the shower and locker rooms after the said game so they do not mind spending for it. Last month, Philippine Azkals coach Hans Michael Weiss visited CCSC to inspect the football field and the shower and locker rooms. He said what is important is that there will be a lot of showers and that the place is clean. As of yesterday, 12 new shower heads were being installed in the shower room for the Azkals while its tiles were also being worked on to give it a cleaner appearance. The shower room for the visiting Singapore Lions will also be equipped with 12 new shower heads as well as athletic lockers. To be used as the locker room for the visiting team is the gymnastics room, which is still being worked on. Ballesteros said the Cebu Football Association, aside from handling the rehabilitation of the football field, will be installing a temporary wall and aircondition unit for the said room. SACRIFICES The CCSC manager said a lot of sacrifices have been made to accommodate the upcoming match. He said they had to turn down many groups who wanted to use the football field because they need to preserve the pitch for the match. One of the events affected is the annual Cebu City Olympics, which will kick off this weekend. The CCSC is supposed to be the venue for the athletics and football events but Ballesteros said only discuss throw and javelin will be allowed to be played at the field. Football will be held at the University of San Carlos field. “The City Olympics is very important because this will be our selection for the Central Visayas Regional Athletics Association (CVIRAA) meet but we have to give way to the international football match,” Ballesteros said. newsinfo.inquirer.net/303104/ccsc-almost-prepared-for-lions-azkals-match

Pascual, Beloya make lineup for Singapore friendlyPAOLO Pascual has made the lineup for the Philippine team that will see action against Singapore in the Nov. 15 friendly at the Cebu City Sports Center. The lineup was released by the Cebu Football Association, the host of the event and listed Pascual as one of the two keepers. Ed Sacapano of the Philippine Army is expected to start in the game, while the other regular sub keeper, Ref Cuaresma of the Loyola Meralco Sparks wasn't listed. The Sparks will face Global FC in the UFL Cup semifinals on Nov. 13, while the national team that will see action on Nov. 15 is expected to be in Cebu on Nov. 11. Aside from Pascual, U23 striker Joshua Beloya also made the team, giving the hero in the Southeast Asian Games win against Laos a chance to fight for the squad. Here's the complete lineup: Marvin and Marvin Angeles, Ian Araneta, Emelio Caligdong, Joshua Beloya, Jason Sabio, Jeffrey Christiaens, Jason de Jong, Ray Jonsson, Rob Gier, Andres Crisanto Gonzales, Christopher Greatwich, Roel Gener, Nestorio Margarse, Misagh Bahadoran, Carlos Alberto Martinez de Murga, Eduard Sacapano, Jose Paolo Pascual, Denis Wolf, Patrick Reichelt, Mathew Uy, Demitrius Irving Omphroy, James Joseph and Philip James Younghusband and Juan Luis Guirado. cebufootball.blogspot.com/2012/11/pascual-beloya-make-lineup-for.html
Agree with the line-up? I really wish they could stop the threat of SIN full team.
