Based on her credentials, looks to be top class. U-19 perhaps?

Yes, she has very strong credentials. American girls start University at age 18 so she will be at least 21 as she is in her 4th year.

Megan Jurado Selected to Soccer America's Second TeamSAN DIEGO - San Diego State senior Megan Jurado was named to the 2012 Soccer America MVP's second team by the College Soccer Reporter on Tuesday. It's the latest of several post-season awards for Jurado, highlighted by being named a first-team All-American by CollegeSportsMadness.com. She was also only the second Aztec to earn Mountain West Offensive Player of the Year honors and was named to MW all-tournament team. In conference play, Jurado had two game-winning goals and led the league in points (13) and goals (five), while tying for first in assists (three). In her final season on Montezuma Mesa, Jurado recorded 15 goals and nine assists for a team-high 39 points. Her 15 goals and 39 points each rank second most in school history for a single season, while her nine assists are tied for eighth. The San Jose, Calif., native also tallied seven game-winners in 2012, which was tied for fourth in the NCAA rankings at the end of the regular season. Jurado was part of a great year for the Aztecs in 2012. SDSU advanced to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament for just the second time in program history, and finished with a school-record 21 victories. In addition to the previously mentioned records, the Aztecs set a few more as a team. The 2012 SDSU squad had the fewest losses (two), the highest winning-percentage (89.6) and also tied the school record with 13 shutouts, equaling the 1998 squad. goaztecs.cstv.com/sports/w-soccer/spec-rel/011513aaa.html
