Stallions will answer that question and it's up to them what they'll gonna do. they need to scout some local players here in Mindanao or perhaps in Visayas
I think Division 1 teams should have a requirement to have at least 15 eligible Filipino footballers on their roster and have as many foreign players as they want as long as the 15 filipino footballers are playing whether on the A team or the Reserves. so whenever the team enters a tournament with a foreign player cap, they can call up enough eligible players.
Lets say if they have a requirement like that, i dont think its wise for clubs like Nomads to have all their foreign players playing on their A team. they should have at least a few filipino players in the line up on game day. and they should at least shuffle their filipino players and give them experience by subbing them in or putting them on the starting line up.
I really think the UFL should have a Div 3 with reserve teams and some smaller clubs... Kinda like the spanish football league system where reserve teams can be promoted up to the tier below their A team plays in. i dunno i think this wont happen in a while. I think a Div 3 with reserve teams and that requirement would help sustain the level of play up in Div 1 and raise the level of play in the lower divisions and it is more realistic than just putting a cap on the number foreign players playing per team.
