I was watching TV this evening and came across with a commercial that said that some azkals "nambastos" (forgot what the english term is) ng isang actress.. if this is true, then this would be really really bad for the image of the azkals again and for PH football also.. Note: I'm not sure if the video posted is the same as the commercial I saw(My youtube crashed)

Alright, another Amanda Coling or Cristy Ramos situation? Please... Stop this already! Let's see tomorrow if this person, whoever she may be, is just another media spin by tactless detractors ought to distract the national team before the Challenge Cup qualifiers.
And I hope this isn't involved with the recent guesting of some of the members in a TV variety show, and photoshoot for a clothing brand done a few weeks ago.
However guys, remember forum rules when discussing this. I don't want to prompt the mods or the Admin to warn you because this is very showbiz-oriented and too much similar to that scandal they've faced two years ago. I remembered that the Admin himself have deleted posts and banned a few members for talking too much about that issue during that time.
...and this issue deserves to be thrown to the Garbage Bin in the first place.

Whenever the Azkals are on a major preparation for a tournament, there are always issues perpetrated by some people who are jealous or using them to gather fame. SCREW those people.

Let's clear the air now. The woman involved was Ms. Valerie "Bangs" Garcia, who led a production number with some Azkals members (specifically from those from Global FC) during their guesting in ASAP just last week. Here's the article (in Tagalog): www.push.com.ph/features/8951/bangs-garcia-clears-up-rumors-about-her-dance-number-with-the-azkals-on-asap/ According to the interview, Garcia told that she was disappointed with their ASAP performance with the players, that's why she cried after the number while returning backstage. She knew the players aren't good dancers, but she did the best she can to make the dance as decent-looking as possible, even if the players were out of timing.. On the accusation of the players being "bastos" to Ms. Garcia, she told that the players were gentlemen and they were the ones comforting her at that moment.
So, is everything clear now? I think it has been cleared up, so I say there's no harm done. Now it's resolved, we'd better let this thread die a natural death so I could throw this to the Garbage Bin.

Sure, let the thread die, except that everyone should recognize the sensationalist nature of the media, always trying to slur or find eskandalo / controbersya where there is none. Unfortunately, many of the public will not have this forum to help them understand, so they will only be left with the fantastic assertions of some wrong headed media show. And, the Azkals will get dragged down as a result. Shame really...
