he will surely be out for at least a year. i think this is the same injury that made Ali out for over a year now. the good thing is Global is loaded and anyone can step-up but he is still a big lost not for his club but also for our NT. hoping for a fast recovery for him

They name it after sponsors/schools. Wouldn't it be great if they based it on the place the club was founded?. Like Manila Nomads, cebu queen city united and etc. It will create rivalries which is great, it will add more hype, and will also add more fans. They should also implement a "home turf/pitch" rule in years time. Which is clubs without "home pitch" will not be allowed to enter the league. If a club has a home pitch, it will enable the club to generate much revenue from tickets, merchandise, food and etc. "Our Football league should not be treated like PBA ". Because it simply doesn't work.

^i agree with you. like what have been discussed here before regarding to a team having their own pitch, even if it's just 2k seater is enough. look at the home pitch/stadium of some football clubs in Singapore, not big but still looks good. also the UFL teams can tie-up with some of the Cities here or the FA they're affiliated with. and make the Cebu Pacific as the main sponsor of the league so that they can lessen their ticket expenses from travelling to different places. just a wishful thinking

Baka ma-delay lang ang mga match. But if Cebu Pacific can fix this issues about flight delays, I think they can be a good sponsor to the league.

Well UFL tried to have concessionaires sa tabi ng Empy, ginto kainan dun, McDo at Milktea last fixture, naghahanap kami ng ihawan noong nasa game kami, wala. Sa UMAk me hotdog stand at BBQ, ginto ang presyo, 20 pesos ata isang isaw hoho. Sa direksyon ng UFL clubs, they think of it na we must concentrate on football muna, doesn't see the power of marketing the team to a place, siguro wala pa sa agenda nila or wala lang talagang plano for now. Sapat na siguro ung Empy, di na nga mapuno, lalagyan pa ng ticket. Sa vision ng UFL, ung mga clubs finding a home turf eh malabo talaga. Alam kong Cebuano ka, hopefully me vision club ninyo jan (CQC)to have a backing ng mga local businessmen nio jan. Sa singapore, kahit me home turfs, medyo di rin kadami ang nanonood, siguro sa work ethic ng mga singaporeans, or they aren't interested on S-League, mostly kasi iyong mga interest nila more on BPL. I can praise the league's marketing team tho but not the club sides

FT [1-0] (after ba ng game na to, knocked out na sila?) Pero ung surprising sa Loyola, they tweeted they love the atmosphere, double standards ang mga UFL Clubs kahit kailan

I can praise the league's marketing team tho but not the club sides hey! how did you know my name? well, CQCU are having some trouble financing their team considering that they didn't have any big companies supporting their club. i think Engr. Dacay is the one financing the team from the travel expenses, foods and lodging/hotel, etc. its very costly for him but i salute him for taking all the responsibilities for the team. one thing they should change is that they need to encourage the varsity players to join their club. i know there are a lot of promising players from the Universities in Cebu but the problem is the school may not release their players that's why the club have no choice so instead of recruiting younger f-players, they opted to rely on their semi-professional players and most of them are getting old

FT: Loyola 3-1 Persepam Madura JYH was sent-off late in the game. Loyola playing in Indonesia while Loyola is playing Global in UFL Pre-season? So it's only Team B that is playing against Global?

FT: Nomads FC 5 - 1 Stallion FC
wow the defending league champion suffered a big defeat in the hands of the struggling Nomads. they also recently lost to the U23's. now it's getting clearer that they cannot defend their title not unless they make a big signings before the UFL Cup starts.
