Yes I'm aware of that but the UAAP football games are not played every single day ... But they still have to deal with classes. Have to balance that, aside from the team practices AND this one. To add, where is the coaching staff to run them?

Azkals to Begin Training for AFC U-23 Tournamentwww.manilatimes.net/azkals-begin-training-afc-u-23-tournament/151994/Azkals head coach Thomas Dooley said on Monday that his wards would begin training in January for the Asian Football Confederation Under-23 Championship in March and the 2018 World Cup qualifiers in June.Dooley, 53, who is about to get a contract extension from the Philippine Football Federation (PFF), also said that a worldwide search for new Azkals members is about to begin.“I will be part of the committee that will look for new players who can play in the international field,” Dooley told The Manila Times on Monday. “I was already informed by the PFF that they would extend my contract maybe for two more years, I don’t know. We just mutually agreed to a contract extension but there’s no paper yet. As long I’m doing a good job and they like me, I think there will be no problem.”Under Dooley’s watch, the Philippines accomplished a first runner up finish in the AFC Challenge Cup in Maldives in May and then a semifinals finish in the Asean Football Federation Suzuki Cup this month. The U-23 Championship is also a qualifying tournament for the 2016 Rio Olympics.Twelve slots are at stake in the World Cup qualifiers that will be held in the Southeast Asian Zone.

The Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) has approved the inclusion of the under-23 men’s football team for the Singapore Southeast Asian Games, an official from the Philippine Football Federation (PFF) said yesterday. PFF General Secretary Ed Gastanes said the team received confirmation from the POC last Thursday, marking the country’s return to the biennial sportfest following its absence two years ago in Myanmar. “We’re happy with the sudden turn of events,” said Gastanes. “We’ve been in close coordination with the POC just to make sure that we will be able to send a team to the SEA Games.”

That's correct , but they will be able to play next month ...No they won't. The maximum age regulations of underage tournaments are identically applied throughout all the chained stages, from its continental qualifiers, continental finals and the world finals. In this tournament, the age limit is January 1, 1993, and players who were born before that aren't eligible from the very start of next month's qualifiers even though they at the moment are still U-23 materials. As long as i'm informed the mentioned players are all 1992-er so no they aren't eligible.
