Does anyone have any insight towards the best youth system among all of the UFL clubs?

I think Ceres has one of the best youth system in UFL. They all have the facilities and coaches. They have an u-23 team called Ceres-Negros. Their youth team play matches against other teams and universities as well. Most of their players are young and from Azkals u-23(beloya,marasigan). Plus they train a lot. I think in a few years time they can further develop a youth system. That can be comparable with other Asian clubs.

Does anyone have any insight towards the best youth system among all of the UFL clubs? My son was in the LMS youth system for quite a while but he had to stop to focus on his studies. But while there I think he was doing well and learned a lot. Unfortunately because of our absence he won't be taking part in this summer's youth league.

I wish they could replicate what former Danish club Aalsborg player and Ateneo coach Chris Monfort and Ateneo did in the 1980's when his Ateneo Football Center(AFC) developed kids to such a level that they won youth tournaments in Europe that attracted professional youth teams like the Gothia Cup and the Helsinki Cup. They even defeated professional youth teams from Brazil and host Sweden at that time which surprised many in Europe since we didn't have a professional league at that time. Unfortunately, the AFC and Philippine football, was never the same when Chris left Ateneo to become PFF sec gen and FIFA rep and he died prematurely in 2001 in a car accident.
The closest program that I can see developing in a similar program is the Ceres system which has a stratified age group developmental system in Negros, but they need to expose more of their youth players to international competition as well just like Chris Monfort did. This hopefully will happen in the future when a national league develops and Academies are formed.

So the training within Ceres is based in Bacolod and not Manila?

Ah, I can't say much about that cause we were in the U9 team. So we parents shouldered pretty much everything. But as far as I could tell, no, there wasn't any of those for the teenage groups. I'm guessing everyone was based in Metro Manila anyways. It felt more like a football school than the academy you're looking for. But it looks like Ceres is really adopting the academy model.

apart from Ceres, Kaya FC also has a solid youth program. they often win tournaments from U-9 to U-19 categories. Pachanga and LMS are also serious in their youth system. some of their players were promoted to their senior team

Some late results:
This is the breakdown per academy for the Divisional Semi-finals
Kaya - 5 out of 6 divisions - U17, U17Girls, U15, U11, U9
Loyola Meralco Sparks - 5 of 6 - U17 Girls, U15, U13, U11, U9
Pasargad - 3 of 6 - U17, U11, U9
Nomads FC - 3 of 6 - U17 Girls, U15, U13
Global FC - 2 of 6 - U17, U15
Laos FC - 2 of 6 - U17, U13
The following have 1 representative each
JP Voltes - U13
Stallions FC - U11
Agila MSA - U9
Forza FC - U17Girls
_________ The UFL Youth PH will end yet another succesful season with its Championship Weekend, this June 18 and 19. Nomads FC, a century old sports club catering to the expat community leads the way with 3 teams vying for the title in 3 divisions. Nomads FC will battle for the U13 championship versus Laos FC, the U15 title versus Loyola Meralco Sparks and the U17 Girls crown versus Forza FC. All these games will be held at the University of Makati on Sunday, June 19. The U17 championship will be contested by Kaya FC and Global FC, likewise on June 19. The U9 and U11 championships will be held on Saturday, June 18 at the Alabang Country Club. Agila FC and Kaya FC will fight for the U9 title while Stallion FC and Pasargad FC contest the U11 cup.
Nomads is currently embroiled in a bitter fight to keep its doors open. Hopefully, but not likely, the success of its youth football program this year may open the eyes of its opressors to the vital role Nomads plays in youth development not only for the expat community but for the locals as well. With three teams vying for the championship out of the 6 divisions, Nomads may lay claim as this year's most succesful program.
In the U17 Division, Kaya FC will be going for its 4th straight title. This is a tribute to Kaya FC's Elite football program which has seen players come and go due to age and yet continues to produce the same result. Global FC will try to prevent the Four-peat with a team composed mostly of last years U15 champions, Team Socceroos (Pilipinas Dragons). Even if Global fails this year, with most of its team born in 2000, Global FC will definitely be the favorite next year to end Kaya's run in the U17 division.
The U17 Girls division will be contested by Nomads FC, a team that has pretty much been intact and playing together in the UFL Girls division since its inception 3 years ago and Forza FC which is a newcomer to the Girls division but no less formidable.
The U15 Championship pits Loyola Meralco Sparks versus Nomads FC. LMS has built its team from within although it is being supported with a few recruits from powerhouse FEU. Nomads is bannered by the perennially strong Claret 01 & 02 players mixed with Nomads' top U15 players. The tactical battle between coaches Simon Greatwich (LMS) and Bob Salvacion (Nomads) will be an interesting sideshow.
U13 is a battle between the ALL STARS of Nomads and the UNKNOWNS of Laos. Nomads has put together top players from Makati FC Elite, Hed Cen, Claret and its own to form a fluid, tiki-taka like team. Laos, under the umbrella of the Azkals Foundation, gathered players from Metro Manila, Laguna, Palawan and Mindanao, and sequesterd them in a 3 month camp in Laguna, together with its U15 and U17 teams. It will be Nomads' hi-octane offense versus Laos's rugged defense. It is a rematch of the teams' elimination round game which ended in a 2-2 draw, a tale of two halves, where Nomads took an early 2-0 lead only for Laos to fight back in the 2nd half for the draw.
The U11 championship features the bulk of Xavier FC's U9 UFL champions 2 years ago, now playing for Stallion FC and yet another Makati FC bolstered team, Pasargad. These boys from Xavier 2005 are not strangers to winning, dominating not only their age group but also doing well against the 2004 boys, winning the Born 2004 division of RIFA 2 years ago.
The U9s will be Agila MSA FC against Kaya FC, 2 of the most respected and succesful football academies in the past few years. More and more these young kids are playing much like their older brothers and sisters albeit at a younger age. Nothing but a bright future for Philippine Youth Football.
___
I thought sequestering kids for 3 months like Laos did to reach the finals is a little bit of an overkill for kids in a youth club tournament, but it certainly paid off for the Laos U13 which won the title. Now if only the national youth teams trained for international tournaments with the same zeal and dedication.
