The question is Can the PFF afford another coaching change?(moneywise). Let's stick Dooley until the Asian Cup qualifiers if we didn't progress or see significant change especially at the back I think it's time. We kept on losing the most important games.

I'm torn over this topic. Yes, Dooley brought a more solid possession-based style. He also introduced a lot of youth to the team. But keeping your best striker as a CDM, and constantly using players out of position - this really hurt us in this tournament. Not sure how we are to go from here. It does suck, but players playing out of their natural positions was an unfortunate consequence of missing a lot of our players. We only lost once and got extremely unlucky with both of our draws, just imagine what we could have done if we had Palla, Woodland, Sato, and Patino in our line up.

I think the solution is not to fire Dooley. As he is gearing towards the right path. But instead hire another coach for u-23. Have the youths play in international tournaments like what other countries have done.

no disrepect from the past coach but i think dooley help the philippines football in all aspect he created aguinaldo help sato to polish his skills kng magpapalit tau back to square 1 at lahat un babaguhin. i like his coaching nakaran kay weis dba ang problema natn ayaw nya magsub kapag ito ang 11 sobrang bihira nya magsub now may coach tau willing to give it all format ni dooley kada half nagpapalit sya nang player adjusting what is needed to adjust.as far as i can rememeber when dooley started all the long balls are flying puro long ball na now u can see our formation improve drasticly from a defensive team to an attacking team.from ang long ball team becoming a crisp pasing sa sahig lakeng inimprove if watch most of his game specialy phil is in the mid they are bossing there oponents dahil sa size nla.yeah yeah phil in CM but phil is aging he needs to step down sa pagging ST dahil mabibilis ang NT nang ASEAN so my ill got filling his polishing Mike ott 22 yr old kid. in a few years we needed few more young guns dahil mid nmn natin ang nag aage like shrock 30 phil going 30 martin going 30

However, the national team youth system is incredibly messed up. Any future Azkals coming from the youth national team will make it in spite of the system, not because of it.

Hey coach, from the very beginning I am a believer, but from now on, it'll be written on your resume "lost 8-1 to China on a friendly". I hope this game will get us out of the 1st round of Suzuki Cup, i mean the ASian Cup qualifier. Lol

Time to let go completely. Having him as the technical director would be a distraction. He will always have in the back of his mind that he could've been the coach, and the new Coach Butcher wouldn't want to have the former coach just behind his shoulders. Literally. Coach Dooley should be given thanks for all that he has done and everybody is proud of the achievements of the Azkals under his leadership. That would make it a good time to open up a new chapter for the Azkals, and that means completely closing up the previous one.

Wow atlast... i'm back.. Good to see that team played well vs bahrain without an official manager yet to handle them for now. Thanks to Dooley and Thanks to MrPalami and others who let him go. Now we can see again Schrock, Angel and other players to fight for their spot.
