It looks like the Japanese coach of Global FC left the team. Why is Global FC always in the middle of a coaching turnover in the middle of a season? It has happened many times in the past for this club. UST Coach Allado has apparently taken the reins as interim coach with the Singaporean coach Akbar serving as technical consultant. www.dugout.ph/2017/05/transitioning-global-cebu-afc-cup-home-utd.html

Newly added players like Schrocky and Nazari are allowed to play only after the zonal semis. JDT is adding a Lebanese striker in their roster if they make it again in the zonal finals.
Good news for Global: Home's prolific goalscorer Stipe Plazibat is injured and may not play in the first leg. Defender Sirina Camara is suspended and Singapore's current best player midfielder Hariss Harun isn't yet registered to play for Home.

Talk about ignorance or just hate: Fox Sports commentator thinks Mulders and other foreign-born Azkals used naturalisation laws via five-year residency (that applies only to Singapore) to play for the NT.

Not sure if it's Steve Dawson or Steve Darby. The higher-pitched voice one who talks more.

This will be added motivation for them. It's Dez Corkhill. Speaking of John Wilkinson... he's a funny pundit (or if he really is one). I remember his opinion about Thailand's defense. He further commented by giving a statistics of Muangthong United in the Champions League (which has conceded only 3 in six games). He thought CBs of Thai NT play for Muangthong which has a Japanese and a Brazilian CBs in their first XI. And even so, NT and club aren't always the same. The editor of the AFC Quarterly and a Thai football expert corrected him. By the way, I tweeted about the AFF Suzuki Cup last year by saying that it's the 'Time of the year to hate on PYH and the Philippines again' and @ him hoping for him to respond. Unfortunately, he only 'liked' it.

Hehe Just don't let JDT score a goal and they would definitely be in the Finals. Excited and a bit sad that my Cebu team is losing. Well, the ball is round and I'm still hoping.

It's a good thing that Negros isn't like the football scene in Indonesia, China, or the Eastern Europe. The Malaysian GK can get the ire of host team's fans if he's thuggish like that. Surely, he'll face a ban (for starting a fight, shoving the ref, etc) + a fine of more than $1000.
But yeah, Ceres is through! And Schrocky is coming back.
