i've read somewhere (i think spox) that one of the reasons he's playing for the philippines is because his cousins education will be all paid for. is this true? if it is, does anybody really know how much our national team players are getting paid? it seems like a lot as compared to the supposed 5k pesos pay that was on the papers..

I think because of his injury, the earliest he could play for us is WC qualifiers in June or possibly friendlies just before then.

Here you go guys. I think this was at the PSA Awards. I wonder if he met his idol Manny Pacquiao. In one of his interviews in Germany he listed Manny as his favorite athlete. yfrog.com/h64dhzfj

Stephan Schrock is still in Crutches according to Cdelf Tupas.. And according to a tweet from Diane Castillejo, Stephan is still injured but eager to play for the Azkals when he recovers from his injury. BTW, Stephans Mom is from Cebu....

I read about that, his mom hails from Cebu same as Ray Jonsson (Ray's middle name is Pepito, a well known name in northern Cebu, they're found in Consolacion, Lilo-an and Carmen towns, mostly is in Lilo-an.) I have a friend whose surnamed Pepito. He's excited to be with his new squad, our wingers will be rock solid if Dennis Cagara's hot left foot on the left flank.
