According to the admin of the UFL's FB page, TV coverage is a GO but no details was posted yet. I think they are still negotiating with ABS or TV5. I hope it will be ABS-CBN so people abroad can also follow the league thru TFC.

Guirado signed for Global FC. I like how the league is improving, from player signings, expansion team to TV coverage. Its heading the right track

Apparently, some UFL clubs have started to open their wallets a lot more, adding expensive players like Angel Guirado(formerly of Atletico Madrid B) as well as foreign coaches. I personally think that Angel should have stayed in Spain if he couldn't find a place in a reputable league in Asia, but I guess he will have more time and opportunity to play for the national team while playing in the UFL.
Kaya FC have also added 3 more Fil Ams to their team for next season making it a total of 6 and counting making that team the version of Team America in the UFL. Loyola have also added the Hartmann brothers among others they are contemplating.
A lot of foreigners from all over the world have also expressed interest in joining the league, as the reputation of the Azkals have rubbed off on the UFL as well, so I expect an exciting season ahead, with live tv coverage and the emergence of a full professional league sooner rather than later.

This part Im waiting for the official statement from UFL or the TV station, none I can see right now. But some people tweets or post on FB that its going to happened.
Now Im trying find out which team to support in UFL. I think Global will be strong this season, but I like cheering for the underdogs.

anyone have any info regarding the upcoming teams that are going to compete in the league? other than the 7 regular competing teams and nomads for the Div. 1 and the div. 2. Might be a good idea, so we can start to pick which teams to support for 2011-2012. Go UFL!

I hope they hurry up with the TV coverage thing. Even if its not live, Id still go for it. At least its a start. Seems like a lotta foreign based Filipinos are taking a look at the UFL. I hope it grows from here! Next are foreign coaches, nothing beats a good coach who teaches not just "basics" but new and up to date individual and team strat's etc. Go UFL!!

Acc. to Del Rosario's and Moy's tweets, Lexton Moy has indeed been accepted into kaya. He is now described as the latest member of Kaya FC.
In other UFL news, this statement has appeared: The following clubs have submitted their application requirements: Diliman FC, Garuda FC, Forza FC, Manila Football Club, Loyola 2nd Club. Deadline for submission is on Aug. 19. Please be advised.
I guess Loyola plans to field a team in both divisions. First club in the UFL to have a reserve team?

UFL teams should recruit players from the U-23 squad. like Joshua Beloya,Aldrin Dolino,Joven Bedic and etc. these young players need some exposure, it will be good for them to play against the current members of our NT that also playing in UFL. at their young age, it could help them to gain more experience by playing against Borromeo, Del Rosario, Caligdong and etc.
