I didn't realize this before...One time, when i was watching the Phil against Indonesia, my 4 year old niece always keep saying 'That's right!!!'...That's right!...That's right!...That's right!
I was curious and so i asked her if where did she get the 'that's right' phrase....the she answered me..
"Yung girl at boy sa tv po...pa ulit-ulit mag that's right.."
Hahahaha....

Ronnie Nathanielsz (@ronnathanielsz) ranting about Darren Hartmann on Twitter on calling Laos vs Philippines tonight:
-What annoyed many was the continuing criticism of TV analyst Darren Hartman of coach Weiss and even the players.ABS-CBN better take note.
-This is our national football team and criticism of the coach/players etc should not be done on the air.Tell those concerned privately.
-Hartman criticized Weiss for pointing a finger at the ref who did a lousy job. Didn't Darren play for Juan Cutillas who ranted and raved!
-Darren knows the game for sure but he must learn to temper his comments as an analyst. The last thing we wish to see is fans lose interest.

IMO, Darren was spot-on when he said those comments. So I disagree with Mr. Nathanielsz on this one.

Yes, but I think it went overboard. Even Aly B is complaining.

It's not uncommon for commentators to make comments/criticisms on air against a National Team Coach/Manager.

Yes, but I think it went overboard. Even Aly B is complaining. Dude, if you watch the Premier League and international games (especially England Games) on T.V. often, you'll realize that commentators criticize Coaches/Managers on a regular basis.

I think it's OK what Darren did.. Well if you watch football matches, sports analysts always give their insights after the match. What went wrong, what should have the players or the coach done.. Maybe Nathanielz is just jealous of Hartmann who I think is doing a far better Job than Nathanielz at sports casting.. Lol!

Man, I watch Premiership games, and I do hear all these ranting all the time. Maybe Ron & Aly are basing themselves on Filipino ethical standards used by the media. I actually don't agree to it. We're already an open world where we should accept ethical standards of other nations (and theirs is better IMO).

I dont think there was anything wrong with Darren's comments. Plus, it was just his opinion. He actually needs to speak up more. He always has just one-liners.

Don't mind the comments, for as long as you can defend them with logic and analysis and conviction.
