Name: John Patrick Hinrichsen Date of birth: 02/03/1991 Height: 1.75 m Position: right/left midfielder/wingback Club: SC Eintracht Oberusel BioPatrick Hinrichsen is a versatile attacker who can play both midfield and up-front as a striker. His mom hails from Pagadian City while his dad is German. He was scheduled for a try-out in the summer of 2009 but failed to show up due to illness. After talking to Simon Greatwich, Patrick won a chance to have another try-out with the team with their new German head coach, Hans Michael Weiss. Hinrichsen will also be playing in Myanmar: www.abs-cbnnews.com/sports/03/16/11/weiss-prepares-subs-younghusbandWeiss prepares subs for YounghusbandXxx Weiss said he is already preparing for their alternate players who can take Younghusband’s place. “We will have two strikers, one from Germany, William Espinosa and [Angel] Aldeguer from Spain. We will have to try to make up for Phil's injury,” he said. Also returning to the Azkals line-up are Filipino-British players Niel Etheridge and Rob Gier. They will be joined by another new addition, Patrick Hinrichsen from Germany.Xxx

i thought he's been capped by the National team, why is it that his profile is still here? Well, I happened to have asked one of the moderators about this a few days ago. This is what I received from the return PM: "You have to be capped to be placed in the profile sections. Otherwise every tom, and harry who has ever practiced with the nationals will be there as well including tryouts." The definition I found about the term "Capped" is this: Cap: a recognition earned by a player for each appearance in an international game for his country. I suppose one can argue that the player is "capped" if he steps on the pitch during the actual match. It really doesn't say they need to play, just an appearance. My question is this: If youre in the roster for that game(as in available to be subbed in) but never subbed in aren't you still part of the team, therefore are also "capped"? Henrichsen has been in the roster but never stepped in the field during these national games: Myanmar, Bangladesh and both Kuwait games.According to Gerardo(see below) and looking at other interpretations of "capped". The main word is "played". So I guess he hasnt capped.

You have to play in an official game to be capped. If you are on the bench, and you don't sub, you are not capped!

REMAINS A CONTENDER in the Verbandsliga Group South is what Patrick Hinrichsens team has accomplished for the 2011/12 season. Patrick began the season in the player pool for the team and was hardly used or included in a game roster. This slowly changed as the season drew to a close. By the end of the season, the 21 yo midfielder saw playing time as a reserve and even as an occasional starter for his 6th tier team.
