By now, they need radio show and TV appearances in ABSCBN. Not familiar with any of ABS' radio shows - something like MOR (?). Just don't let them guest in any of those gossip columnists' radio shows, please.
TV appearances - It would be nice if they can guest on a morning show like Umagang Kay Ganda or Aquino-Abunda Tonight. I think these are good shows with wider audiences and they can do short interviews. ASAP or showtime would be nice but they might let them dance/sing which would be horrifying (LOL, no offense to the players). There's just no connection to what they will promote if they do those things. The sports channel of ABS also has some good shows.
Hope ABSCBN learned a lot of things from the world cup coverage. I think Bob Guerrero is okay as host. He's passionate when he commentates during the show but he needs another partner that is also lively and (more importantly) knowledgeable in football.

If some groups example "kaholeros" or fans will stay an Hour or two Hours before the match outside the venue and then they will give some flyers and then encourage some people outside to watch the game since some games are free for example the upcoming friendlies of azkals vs global. Specially outside Rizal Memorial Stadium, the only problem here is minsan or palagi madami ang takot na viewers pumunta sa venue specially pag konti ang tao, kilala kasi ang paligid ng RMS sa mga kakaibang elemento you know what i mean lalo sa area ng Harrison.

Dec. 1 2014 and still no tickets, or at least news on where/how to get tickets for the match 5 days away?
But at least we've got the venue finalized (RMS) and what to wear (white).

1. Low Ticket Prices 2. Isulong maging Pambansang Laro ang Football sa Senado if POSSIBLE 3. PFF tie-up with DepEd - PE Class: 80% Football Education, 20% Cultural Art Activities, Football Education should start on Grade 1. - This students needs to know the physics of football e.g. How to curve the ball?, How to get an accurate long ball pass? How long does the ball bounce in grass? etc... - this will also help some of our grassroots programs.
4. Let the Students watch/play football in the real field so they can feel it. Amateur Games or UFL games
Little by little this will improve the attendance. Not ONLY for NT but for every football game here in Philippines.

MANILA, Philippines – Former Philippine Azkals player Anton Del Rosario voiced his frustrations through social media about what he feels has been a lack of promotion for the upcoming group stage of the Suzuki Cup that takes place over the next few days on Friday, November 18. Del Rosario, who played right back for the Philippine national team, wrote on Facebook, “We’re hosting the biggest [football] tournament for the country [and] there’s been nothing. This has to be a joke!” www.rappler.com/sports/by-sport/football/152877-former-azkals-upset-suzuki-promotion

IMHO, they've done TV, social media ads, but they forgot to do radio ads. Thats one of the most effective way of bringing the news to people. And how about PFF shouldering 50 tickets and give it away as promo ala RBO tickets of 99.5. Do it on the radio for a month let's see if it wont give you improvement, plus the Go azkals Go jingle, hey that aint bad.

MOVE THE GAMES to cebu or panaad. It's very pitiful to look when the bleachers are almost empty. Why does the PFF still trying to have games in RMS? That stadium is dying. It's ugly looking, it's dull and it's lifeless.
Also, PFF should ask help from Ceres on how to do marketing. Ceres has done a great job on that area.

well, i hope last night's attendance, more than 4500 screaming fans, will be the start of something big anew. winning cures every ail in sports, if the azkals can continue their current success, then the future may prove to be rosy. btw, who do you think will be the next face of the azkals? the man who's going to attract fans like what james and phil have done. i'm hedging my bets on jarvey gayoso. he's a prodigious talent, girls i think swoon over him (am not sure about the 3rd sex though), he's got pedigree, he's got flair, and he's eloquent. now, if he can only get more media exposure btw, the low ticket prices policy the pff has adopted is a definite boost to the cause

I think the Azkals and the PFF need to bring the hype back like in 2011-2013 whenever there's an Azkals game in town, 2-3 months before every home game, they should already start to create an online campaign with a tagline like ex: #BackuptheAzkals, partner it with TV and Newspaper interviews, online articles, ask player to record themselves inviting the fans to watch the games live, post it on their own social media. social media should be a buzz already by the time they will sell tickets and this time they should made the tickets available weeks before the match, if the crowd is allowed to watch the remaining games.

Totally get it, those ticket prices are a real downer. Hopefully, they can snag some sponsors to bring them down.
