Yup, I'm quite frustrated that this poster doesn't have enough details. I wanna know several things. My bro 10y/o wants to participate but it seems that the school is not interested. Do you need a school participation or we can just go to the venue to register and join the said event. I can't find any means to communicate with the PFF Kasibulan Program about my queries. I hope that they can announce it earlier, and have a wider means to communicate with every school district. any additional info will help. Since it looks like the school is the one being tapped. You might have to check with which school PFF-Kasibulan is going to be involved with, then go from there.

The third day of the schedule is the football festival for kids aged 6 to 12. I have been able to reach the guys at the NCRFA and PFF involved, and they have been very helpful. Note the NCR Kasibulan in Manila has been rescheduled to Aug 15-16-17. This means they will be taking kids out of the local Manila schools on Friday to participate. Apparently the local government in Manila have set this date due to their own preference, and they have arranged special permission for kids participating in some schools in Manila to be able to participate on a school day. Regrettably, this means kids from other schools will not be able to participate (unless their parents take them out of school, which I do not condone - but that is just me). Nevertheless, there will be other possibilities in the NCRFA, hopefully they will schedule the next festival on a Saturday or Sunday. At the moment, I believe the next NCR Kasibulan will be on/about Aug 31, Sep 1/2 hosted by Pasay. You can find more details for the NCR event on my blog at www.pff-g.com

Of the 34 FA's why its only 14 GDO's that participated in the evaluation and assessment in Cebu? How can they know the sides of the other 20 FA's?

While the press notes are good, they are also dry.
Any news on Kasibulan program(s)? Anything interesting happening in the fields? Turnout? Success? Failure?

Thanks for the photos. The Baguio-Benguet ones seem especially busy (note the lone white guy!). Been doing some searches on Facebook but they're all so scattered. Guess that's what it means to be local, but a more concerted effort on marketing would be great. Good to see the turnout. It is from these kids where the next generation of Azkals will come from. The ones who will be, if things go well, much better than our current team and will take us to the next level. That's why I want this development program to succeed. Anyone with more pictures, more reports, please post!

Wanted to bump this up.....
Enjoyed the photos very much and even went searching for more in Facebook. So now that the season for the Kasibulan is over, what's in store for next year?
Is there anyone here in the know?
Anyone here involved in the program?

I hope the PFF will bring back the COKE GO FOR GOAL like tournament. This tournament was a success in promoting football in the 90's but it was taken for granted. Maybe now is the best time to put up a tournament like the COKE GO FOR GOAL.

Its really heartwarming to see those photos. I think its also a testament to the growth or resurgence of football in this country I now see little kids in my neighborhood kicking and their own version of football.
Here's a PAGCOR ad on this project [credit to @pinoyazkals]
