how many foreigners allowed on this tournament? teams like general trias, nomads and pasargad most of their players are foreigners. i hope they won't have a limitation on it because they qualified based on that line up so it's ok to play them with their foreigners. if not then why they allowed them to play in ufl cup on the first place?

The draw for the 2013 PFF Smart National Club Championship main tournament has commenced yesterday and here were the results:
Ceres FC (Bacolod) vs Stallion FC Cebu Queen City United vs Pachanga FC Pasargad vs Phil Army FC M'lang FC (North Cotabato) vs Kaya Fc Flame United (Cavite) vs Loyola Fc Baguio United vs General Trias Int(Cavite) Romgarjal Fc (Dipolog) vs Green Archers United Global FC vs Nomads
The knockout matches will commence on January 19, 2013. Matches for the non-UFL teams will be held on their home turf at their respective towns and cities. Matches with both UFL teams playing will be held in various locations (most likely Rizal Memorial, UMak, and Nomads field).
------------
It's interesting to note that the Ceres vs Stallion match will be tagged as a derby match as Bacolod and Iloilo (which Stallion is closely connected to) have intense local rivalries. Good thing to see Kaya FC and Green Archers United being drawn to play Mindanao sides. I'm sure it will be interesting to see Kaya play in M'lang, a somewhat remote town in Cotabato, and GAU playing in westward Dipolog City.
It's so frustrating, though, that Global will play Nomads. Azkals fans would have been interested to see some NT players in Global if they were drawn to a non-UFL side.
