sir every player whos representing the NT during challenge cup was been release.if the player didnt attend the previous challenge cup it means they did decide not to join.challenge cup is a fifa sanction tournament that allows NT who residing out side Ph can join it only depends on the player if he would joint or not. suzuki cup isnt a fifa sanction tournament so the club has the right not to release its players, suzuki is only a small tournament for the asean nation and i dont think fifa will sanction it in the future.the different thing about suzuki and challenge cup /africa cup both challenge and africa cup is a fifa sanction tournament and suzuki formally known as (tiger cup) isnt a fifa sanction tournament.

Correct I think. This tourney isn't FIFA-sanctioned. This is set up by the AFF, not AFC. The African Cup equivalent is the Asian Cup which Japan won.

Even the AFC Challenge Cup is not FIFA sanctioned. As pointed in the posts above, only the AFC Asian Cup and its qualifying fixtures is FIFA sanctioned, just like the African Cup of Nations for Africa, Copa Americas for CONMEBOL, Euro Cup for UEFA, etc. As materkush pointed out, it is very unlikely that Suzuki Cup and the Challenge Cup will ever be FIFA sanctioned as the current set-up only provides one major tournament for each Confederation. The champions of these various cups then meets up at the Confederations Cup which is normally held a year before a FIFA World Cup. The Confederations Cup serves as a sort of dry run for the World Cup hosts whose NT gets to qualify automatically for the Confed Cup by virtue of their being host country.
The thing with the African Cup of Nations is that it occurs in the first quarter of the year, right smack in the middle of the club season, esp. in Europe. This has been a bone of contention and debate between clubs, FIFA and CAF (Confederation of African Football). In fact, FIFA tried to move to the competition to a June-July period so it does not clash with the European leagues seasons as many African NT players ply their trade there. However, doing so has climate and weather implications for some African countries, esp. when you need to consider the tournament infrastructure and facilities available in that region as well. They are still trying to figure out a way to resolve this issue.
I think one solution is for the Suzuki Cup and the Challenge Cup to be held during June-July so it doesn't clash with the European league season. Then again, that time is the start of the monsoon season in Southeast Asia.

The Challenge Cup is FIFA sanctioned. That is why they have FIFA referees and officials organizing the games. It is just not part of the FIFA mandated calendar so clubs are not obligated to release their players for this competition. Last year FIFA changed their classification to categorize the AFC Challenge Cup as a continental qualifying competition which means results will provide more points in the FIFA ranking computation. It used to be categorized as a friendly before that. The only competition that clubs are obligated to release their players outside of FIFA mandated dates are the World Cup, and continental finals competition.
