okay so we already know what is the latest news about him. and we also knew that Thai league doesn't really release their players even if it's under the FIFA match dates. the question is will Buriram release him to play for our NT? or they would keep him to train together with his teammates for their league game on March 27 against Chainat FC. we need him especially against the Turks but they have a game on the following day.

Aren't clubs obligated to release players on FIFA match dates? Aren't there sanctions for failing to do so without a valid reason such as injury? Perhaps for Thai players the Thai clubs can ignore this obligation cause maybe the Thai FA goes along without challenging the non-release.

BANG! Patiño!!!!!! www.bangkokpost.com/news/sports/345797/buriram-united-inflict-first-loss-on-kirinsBuriram United inflict first loss on KirinsFilipino Javier Patino scored twice for Buriram in the first half before Ivory Coast's Dagno Siaka pulled a goal back for the hosts in the second half. Muang Thong remain atop the standings with 15 points from six matches, while Buriram move up to third on 12 points with a game in hand. At SCG Stadium, Buriram started strongly and Patino saw his close-range shot sail over the bar early on. The Filipino opened his account after 17 minutes when his volley beat Muang Thong goalkeeper Weera Kerdputsa. Patino doubled his tally in the 25th minute when he beat an offside trap to shoot past Weera. The Kirins regrouped in the second half and Siaka cut the deficit to 2-1 in the 70th minute. The hosts then threw everything at the Thunder Castle but were almost punished by the visitors' counter-attack on several occasions. Meanwhile, Bangkok United lost 2-0 to Chonburi FC with Suttinun Phukhom (35) and Thiago Cunha (80) on target. In last night's other matches, Chainat defeated Samut Songkhram 1-0, Songkhla edged Chiang Rai 1-0, Suphanburi drew 1-1 with BEC Tero, Bangkok Glass thrashed Osotspa 3-0, Pattaya lost 2-1 to Ratchaburi, and Army hammered TOT 4-0. Meanwhile, Buriram have agreed to sell Ghana forward Frank Acheampong to Belgian champions Anderlecht for 1 million, Buriram announced yesterday. Anderlecht decided to sign him on a permanent basis after Acheampong impressed them during his loan spell. Acheampong has been one of the most successful foreign players in Thailand, having helped Buriram win the TPL, FA Cup and League Cup in 2011.
