;Dsorry, kung parang ksp ang tanong ko, kasi i've been true football player but i've never really been a football fan, so tanong klang sout tau ng kulay blue while watching the game?then?no sarcasm di ko kasi alam e. -beho, i thought you were just joking seriously.. hehehe accept the fact bro., that you're a true football player and a football supporter at the same time. ganito kami mga purely supporters : home game ng Azkals- team color natin ay white, so supporters shall wear white also, just what we did last Feb. 9. while if it's "away" game, everybody shall wear Blue (Royal blue) as a symbol of our support to our team. Others may opted not to do so... but for us, much better if we do. ;Di played soccer from 8 yrs old up to around 22 yrs old, but come to think of it never ko naranasan masali sa football fans club or something like that , anyways me time panaman bukas ng morning & i'll just shop for a blue shirt hehehe, join na rin ako hehehe ;D

Im still worried na baka di makalaro ng maayos ang azkals because of the freezing cold weather dun... How bout using some Liniment oil like Pau liniment or Omega before the game???... Naisip ko lang baka makatulong yun na mainitan katawan nila during the game... what do u think? ---nope! it's a big NO NO ...to use those liniment. it's not appropriate those with the kind of weather condition. iba ang after effect nito sa skin, mainit at first and eventually becomes "maginaw" ...kase it opens up the skin pores. naalala ko during mt. apo climb. hehehe may gumamit ng _ _ _ liniment, nag sisigaw sa lamig after a while. might as well pat a petroleum jelly or mineral oil...or any other massage oil. it helps skin warm. yan ang gamit ko sa mountaineering or caving activities. but anyway, they have provided with an approriate gears by mizuno. Logic I didn't realize you do mountaineering and caving over there. Malamig ba sa Mt. Apo? As far as I know walang snow diyan. I go backpacking sometimes at high altitudes and it is difficult to breath when it is subfreezing here sa America. I get the sniffles and any bodily secretion freezes when exposed to the air so and bigote ko looks like icicles. With appropriate clothing they should be okay since they will be running around. Adjustment is mostly psychological. They have to ignore the cold and concentrate on the game. It really differs from person to person. Kaya nung tweet naito: " Key decisions will have to be made after practice at 1400.Ian Araneta having problems coping with the extreme weather conditions.Old man Sgt Yante on the other hand seem to have turned back the clock." Hopefully they pick the right personnel and get over the mental barrier of playing in subfreezing temp. and just play.

Apo, but walang snow . biting cold especially night time. Nice to know that you're into backapacking then.. i did climb Kota Kinabalu of Malaysia, much higher in terms of altitude than Mt. Apo, but then wala rin snow. i usually cover the neck including the ears plus wear gloves for my hands and socks for feet to fight the cold. my Hubby did climb 3 peaks in Nepal, in 2008 then. thin air na sya in high altitude that's why proper acclimatization is essential though. and of course an appropriate gear for the venue like mongolia. thermal sub layer for them. anyway, when you're running , sprinting around , eventually you'll creating body heat that will keep you warm. as for me, it's all in the mind..."what the mind has conceive the body can achieve."

Logic, I have done backpacking and rockclimbing and tried iceclimbing but have not really tried mountaineering at least not all the way to the peak although I have backpacked and crossed snow covered elevated mountain passes that are higher than any found in SEA Asia. You have to acclimatize and be in shape. I heard some Filipino triathletes finally climbed Mt. Everest a few years ago. Good thing they have sponsors. That must have been expensive. Nepal is tough too. Which peaks did your husband climb and how high? Not really into caving. I tried it as part of a tour with a guide in Kentucky at a place called the Mammoth Caves. Apparently you can play music with the stalactites and stalagmites down there that is really beautiful to hear. Had to squeeze through some tight spaces while exhaling. My rockclimbing skills came in handy though it was kind of slippery a lot of the time. Hope we make it to the group stage. I would like to see how Angel Guirado fits in with the team. Won't be able to visit for awhile. Too much work. Just backpack on the weekends sometimes right now. Maybe in a year or two.
