Hopefully the team gets Gier and De Jong back to shore up the defense.

the game is getting tougher and tougher... i have to admit.. I'm a little dissatisfied with what they've shown in the 2nd leg. The performance is good but overall... they still need to work on "coordination" and "perfect combination". may tendency pa rin na nagkakanya-kanya sila at hindi coordinated ang bawat isa. anyway, it's just my observation and opinion.
this time, we really need to work on teaming and defense mechanism as a whole. Myanmar is not easy to beat... so we better ready and be prepared. Go Azkals!

;Dyou can say that again four, sacapano lacks the imposing figure that neil posesses which is very important on being a goalkeeper.plus neil has a better grip of the ball. ;D Plus, it will be a big morale boost for the rest of the team if they can get their big keeper back. Anyway, check Fulham's home and away sked of games here: www.fulhamfc.com/home.aspxFulham's next game is against Everton on March 19. They will not play again until April 3 against Blackpool. It does appear that Etheridge will not miss any of the Cottager's games even if he flies off to Myanmar right after the Everton game and play for the Azkals from March 21 to 25. It'll be tight but with Fulham's permission I'm sure Palami and co. can arrange the flights, which probably explains Etheridge's recent request for Palami to call him asap.

di ba nakadraw na tayo with Myanmar? Last we faced Myanmar, we looked formidable. We were just unlucky and we couldn't score— although they had their chances too and were equally unlucky. I think this is going to be an interesting match given that we have at least one new guy coming in. What I'm worried about is the other two: Palestine and Bangladesh. Bangladesh have won the South Asian Championship. Although I wouldn't say that that's equivalent to winning the AFF Cup, which we have not won yet, Bangladesh are able to hold their own against India. And India have a relatively strong side. Palestine, on the other hand, have professionals playing abroad too. I think, in the Egyptian league. They faced Thailand recently in the Olympic qualifiers and were knocked out only because of losing the penalty shootout (tie-breaker after two legs). Granting that these are U23 sides, I can imagine their seniors team to be stronger. Yun! Kaya, keep the faith. ;D
