This is what I do not like about Dan Palami, grandstanding. He got this Napoleonic complex which is very annoying. Dan, just do the job right and you will be recognized. Burn your 10 foot tall "soap box".

Well if not for Dan Palamis effort, we wouldnt be here right now talking about Philippine football and the Azkals. might as well have mr tondoboy run the day to day operation of PFF.

I think you misunderstood @tondoboy. He was referring to the "grandstanding", and not Mr. Dan Palami as a whole. I think that's what the sentence means. Anyway, let's hope for the best.

No announcement since then. Let's see where this goes. Most likely will come after the upcoming holiday.
However, from the looks of things. One thing for certain is that the Azkals are re-upping with LGR.

Is there any truth to the rumor that Dooley is scheduling a tryout/training camp for foreign trained half/full Filipinos as future prospects for the Azkals. Can somebody confirm this rumor? It sounds like they wanted to do this before the March qualifier.
I hope the tryout/training is in Manila, it will be nice to know who will show up. Let's see if there is still a bright future for Philippine soccer.

His contract expires in January 2018. This will be interesting, the game against Tajikistan is very critical and Dooley as the coach of the game may not happen. I bet Maro will be the coach, as I said "If anything could go wrong, it will go wrong."

FIJI FOOTBALL TO PLAY PHILIPPINES "The Vodafone Fiji Football team will play 123rd ranked Philippines in a friendly match on the 21st of next month. Fiji FA Rajesh Patel says the national team will tour Philippines to play a match as some other friendly game are being lined up for the same month. “We will be travelling to Philippines to play Philippines national team and that is what we have confirmed. We are just working on few other things before the game". The Fiji football team comes into camp early next month and will leave for Philippines on the 13th of March." www.fbc.com.fj/sports/60052/fiji-football-to-play-philippinesStill unofficial. I think the Fiji NT will be having the continuation of their camp here in the Philippines and will probably play against PFL club(s) as part of it.

Since it's the Asian Games Indonesia is preparing in. The news is so vague that it didn't include where it'll be played. If this is against the senior teams then it will be two days before the Asian Cup qualifying match against Tajikistan (27th).
