Is there a question you would like to ask any member of our national team? Do you want to know anything football-related about the players, coaching staff and all the personas involved in the national side? Post your questions here, I'm sure the national team would like to hear from their fans. I can try to ask them but I can not assure you if they will answer. Conditions:
1.) All questions must be football-related. 2.) Don't ask questions that may demoralize the team. 3.) Your questions may/may not be answered. I will try my best to ask them for you.

Because the majority of us fans do not have access to live Azkal matches (I did watch the Azkals in Thailand a few years back) we are generally left in the dark when it comes to our national team's tactical play.
I'm very curious about our tactical approach. I have been under the impression that the Azkals traditionally played a straight forward 4-4-2 using a direct approach (long balls). However, looking at the current line-up, it seems that the Azkals are setting out in a 4-3-3 formation.
The thing with 4-3-3 is that it can be interpreted in different ways. Thus a 4-3-3 may be used to play a tighter, short passing game (as favored by Pep Guardiola and Arsene Wenger) or with a more expansive, counter-attacking movement (preferred by Jose Mourinho).
What is the tactical philosophy of the Azkals? Does the coach change tactics on a game to game basis or does he stick with one general formation and adapt as the game goes on?

for the coaches, what is the status of Jerry Lucena joining the team? I know he declared that he wanted to play for the Azkals a year or two ago. Any updates?
Also, I know of a local US fil-am player that has come through the LA Galaxy academy and is currently playing at a Division 1 U.S. college. Where/who can I get in contact with to send his info to be looked at for a national team call up in the future?
How is the scouting going for the national team and are there any new players that they have found to possibly get a first national team call up?
Last, what prompted the Younghusbands to finally return to playing football and whats the status/future of their club team football?

Thanks for your questions, guys.
I will ask the people concerned these questions after Laos, so then they won't be as busy. Also, that would give time for more people to pool in questions.

Moderator,
Seeing that much of the diversion in this page is on tactical issues, can you create another page solely for the discussion of Azkal tactics?

What kind of preparation Azkals are doping a month before Suzuki Cup. The main page says that 2 possible additional players based abroad will join the team and the camp will be in Baguio. Nice info there.
