From Bob Guerrero's blog: UFL Cup: Navy routs battling Blue Guards, Archers win "Navy, who were relegated from the top tier in the 2012 league, have beefed up their lineup with five Africans, who all started. They also have a new sponsor, Ilonggo businessman Danilo Yap. " The Navy team added imports to its roster. So does this mean that the roster spots in the Armed Forces teams are not limited to soldiers/servicemen only? In the V-League, there are also Armed Forces teams, and they feature guest players in their rosters. For example, Rachelle Daquis. For sure, she isn't a soldier haha.

I'm very happy for Philippine Navy, and I'm glad they allowed foreigners to be integrated into their club. really, the only thing that will keep the other Armed Forces teams afloat is if they would include foreigners in their line up just like what Philippine Navy and S-League side Singapore Armed Forces (now known as Warriors FC) have done. Or, far-fetched idea, they can merge into a Philippine Armed Forces team. they really do have brilliant individual players

General Trias leading Team Socceroo 2-0 right now. would be VERY disappointing if Team Socceroo lost this one, especially since people expected a great campaign from them

The Team Socceroo that entered Div 1 was actually GTI that used the Team Socceroo name.

It would be great if they invited foreign clubs for UFL Cup. Asian clubs would be fine from(Guam,C Taipei,Macau or etc.).

^they complained against the match official because four of their players was red carded after the altercation. and because of this, they abandoned the match after they felt that the decision of the referee was unfair
