The only problem is that Stephan still believe he could be call up for Austrian national team.
The PFF should contact him as soon as possible, this would be the right strategy i think. If PFF shows his interest, i am pretty he will think carefully about this opportunity. Someone should contact the pff about him.

is he really 1.92m? Seen a few sites including their English page that he is listed as 1.73m.

German and English Wikipedias are consistent in saying it's 1.73m. 5 feet 8 inches.
Personally, I don't think Austria is still interested in him. When was the last time he played for that country? When he was 19 years old? He is now 24. If he'll play international football, he'll do it for no other than the Philippines. Or is Hungary interested?

Stephan Palla was on the bench in the Europa League game today against FC Thun (Swiss). They lost 1:0 in front of 7000 fans.

FIFA and Wikipedia list his height as 173 cm (5'8), not 6'4.

Weiss added that apart from Steuble, there are two to three more international players under their radar. But he declined to name them so as not to preempt the negotiations. “I cannot say this now because one player that I’m eyeing in Austria, if you research a little bit, you will find it easily. But we better keep it under the carpet then when we have something to announce, we do that,” Weiss said. “It will be not easy to get him because he’s playing in the Europa League. He’s 23, 24 years old. He will be a fantastic addition to the group.” www.interaksyon.com/interaktv/filipino-swiss-midfielder-joining-azkals
I really feel that this guy is Weiss referring to in the PUMA presscon. It matches all the clues he hinted.

i saw the highlights of Europa league that was shown in the Balls channel. IIRC, he made an assist coming from the right flank crossing the ball to his teammate. he played as a LB

Whoever is hired as the next National Team Coach will have a hand whether Palla plays for us or not. Hope PFF chooses wisely.
