It's good to see that because of the success of Philippine football, many Euro-based players who has Filipino blood are increasing interest to join our team. It's good to see they're helping our own football to develop and pass to next generation
According to Bob Guerrero's article: The next upcoming Azkal was presented to the media on Monday. Filipino-Swiss Martin Steuble is a 25-year old who plays center mid for Swiss 2nd-tier side FC Wil, located in the canton of Sankt Gallen. Steuble has yet to acquire his Filipino citizenship but will be working on it. He'll be accompanying the squad to Bacolod, which also happens to be the home province of his mother. Former Azkal goalie coach Pascal Zuberbuhler is credited with referring Steuble to the team. Credits: Bob Guerrero

Take note of the last remaining paragraphs Filipino-Swiss midfielder joining AzkalsKarl Decena, InterAKTV · Tuesday, October 8, 2013 · 5:05 pm The Philippine national men’s football team has added a new member in an effort to find the missing pieces that would help the Azkals succeed in the Asian Football Confederation Challenge Cup in Maldives next year. Filipino-Swiss midfielder Martin Steuble has arrived in the country to fix his eligibility requirements that will allow him to suit up for the Azkals in future matches including the Challenge Cup, where they will aim to clinch the crown to qualify for the prestigious 2015 Asian Cup. “I follow the Azkals on the Internet, I googled them and I saw the big development they made in two, three years and it was just amazing,” Steuble said. “I just felt like I wanted to be part of it and I wanted to try to help the team with my experience.” Born to a Filipino mother, Steuble, 25, has been playing professional football in Switzerland since 2008 with 11 goals under his name. He currently suits up for FC Wil 1900 in the Swiss Challenge League, the country’s second-tier football competition. Azkals coach Hans Michael Weiss has high hopes for Steuble, whom he believes can give the team more consistency in midfield play. “We need more possession. We need more players who are safe with the ball and can pass the ball better around and don’t lose it after the second third fourth contact,” Weiss said. While Steuble will not play for the Azkals’ campaign in the Philippine Football Peace Cup this week, Weiss said that their newest recruit will join their trip to Bacolod City to help him get along with his teammates. “He’s here to be assessed, mingle with the team in order to make him familiarize with the setup,” Weiss said. “We will fix the passport issues and hopefully, soon, he will be with us.” Weiss added that apart from Steuble, there are two to three more international players under their radar. But he declined to name them so as not to preempt the negotiations.
“I cannot say this now because one player that I’m eyeing in Austria, if you research a little bit, you will find it easily. But we better keep it under the carpet then when we have something to announce, we do that,” Weiss said.
“It will be not easy to get him because he’s playing in the Europa League. He’s 23, 24 years old. He will be a fantastic addition to the group.”www.interaksyon.com/interaktv/filipino-swiss-midfielder-joining-azkals
Who do you think is the other two to three players that will join the team soon? Clues given by Weiss: 1. 1 is playing in Austria 2. He's playing in Europa League and about 23 to 24 years old. Position: N/A FIND OUT SOON

Well aside from Palla, who is the other one? I think it's Kevin Ingreso. He's been in Weiss' radar for quite a while.
