I think they are waiting for San Miguel to finish making plans for the grandstand seats before they start selling tickets.

They plan selling tickets one month before the match start.

Palami also said tickets for the July 3 return match will only be made available once the seating arrangements are finalized, adding this is needed to avoid the overcrowding that marked the Azkals’ game against Mongolia last February at the Panaad Sports Complex.
Philippine Football Federation president Mariano Araneta Jr. earlier announced tickets would be issued through Ticketworld.
"San Miguel will have to make the seating plan first, not only on the main grandstand but also the surrounding bleachers, including demarcation lines between each ticket holder," Palami said.

I hope that in the near future, new sponsors or maybe San Miguel will also install permanent seats in the bleachers area...

First they have to install seats on the grandstand and repaint the bleachers. Hopefully they still plan on installing an electronic scoreboard as they have stopped talking about it.

There's alreay an existing electronic scoreboard in Rizal. All they need is to re-fix it and hopefully it will work again.. ;D

The sudden popularity of football is a godsend to the PSC as they now have the means to refurbish deteriorating facilities like Rizal and Philsports via funding from private sponsors and FIFA. Kind of a turnaroud isn't it afters years of neglect and lack of support by the government for the game of football.

i just hope that they also refurbish other stadiums in the Philippines such as the one in Panaad, not just the capital.. Or better yet create a new stadiums in Visayas or in Mindanao. i know this is a long process..
