en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amin_NazariClub career Nazari began playing football at Malmö FF at the age of five. He made his way up to the first team and made his Allsvenskan debut in a match against Mjällby AIF on 20 April 2011.[2] [edit] International career Nazari was born in Sweden, his parents are from Iran and the Philippines. He is therefore eligible to play for the Sweden national football team, the Iran national football team or the Philippines national football team. Nazari has stated that playing for Sweden would be the most logical choice should the opportunity arise in the future.[3] In 2009, he played for Sweden's under-17 team during the 2010 UEFA European Under-17 Football Championship qualifying round, playing in all three matches and scoring one goal.[4] In an interview 4/24/11 (http://www.expressen.se/sport/fotboll/1.2413362) , this is what he said: "Choose between three teams Amin Nazari already have experience of boys' teams. But the aim, just like any other player, of course for a place in the Real squad. Since my father is from Iran and my mother from the Philippines, he has three passports. I know it's the cart before the horse but it also means three choices in terms of national team games? - Then I think I should be in Sweden's national team, but you never know.

Good news, guys!
Omid and Amin Nazari have agreed for an interview on Pinoyfootball.com! The former even said that he is open to play for the Philippines but has not made up his mind yet.
Perhaps our support would be enough to convince the two brothers?
From what I heard from them, Iran has already approached them. It is no surprise as the two play for Swedish top division clubs (although Omid is loaned out to a second division team.
In connection to the interview, I would like to ask you guys for suggestions on interview questions. Anything you would like to hear from these two brothers? I will happily add them to my interview questions.

Amin said in an interview on a swedish newspaper that his first choice is to play with Sweden. He has been called in by some of their youth teams i believe.

If I have some financial resources I will try to get on board more British flavor in the Team Azkals by tapping Chris Greatwich as assistant coach and calling young Brits like Luke Woodland and Adam Reed. I will also try to convince uncapped players on their countries' senior side like Fil-French Alphonse Areola and Fil-Swede Amin Nazari.

Amin is now playing on loan at Fredrikstad in the second division in Norway. This is the same league as Sverre Bjorkkjaer (Bjorkkjaer is on loan to Asane (second division) from Haugesund (top division)).
This seems to be a step down but will allow him good playing time, since he had very good potential and made his debut for Malmo (Swedish first division) in 2011 aged 18. He has gone on to play 18 times in the league for Malmo, and had a loan spell to second division side Assyriska in 2013.
He only made a few appearances last year and felt the need to get some playing time. Because of his lack of appearances putting him out of sight for the Swedish national team this may make him easier to lure into the Philippines national team.

One thing I do know for sure is, Azkals mgmt have dinned with the family sometime back. I'm not sure though what's the status now. Yup they did. Omid eventually committed and was capped by Iran soon afterwards. It is possible that Amin(the better of the 2 brothers) might prefer playing with his brother on the Iranian national team. However, Omid doesn't seem to have been called up recently.

Not much is said about this guy, but he is currently on loan to Fredrikstad in the Norwegian 2nd division. He's scored 6 goals for them so far; 3 in league games and a hattrick in a cup match. Hope he gets contacted by the azkals soon

So I am at work, watching the Falkenberg FF v GAIS match in the Swedish Superettan (second tier), and I notice Amin Nazari is on the team for Falkenberg. He picked up a yellow card in the first few minutes, played a fairly decent game, but has just got himself a second yellow card and has been sent off with 10 minutes of the game left. They are losing 2-1.

I think the only way Omid can play for us. Is for Amin to play for the azkals.

Why is that so? Wouldn't it be the other way, with Omid already playing for a PFL side?

Why is that so? Wouldn't it be the other way, with Omid already playing for a PFL side? Well its just my theory, Iran FA is holding Omid inorder for his brother(Amin) to play for them. If Omid joins the azkals I think they're afraid that Amin will follow soon.
