hmm this guy has been capped already for a friendly i think. Right, he played as a substitute against Thailand. He didn't impress though, so I think that is it for him.

THE United Football League has disqualified Global FC for the rest of the UFL Cup and slapped a P250,000 fine on the former league champion for fielding a foreigner as a local in the league competition. UFL general manager Rely San Agustin said Global was meted with the penalty after failing to prove that Satoshi Otomo, who the club claims is Filipino-Japanese, was really of Filipino descent. Agustin confirmed the league’s appeals committee upheld the decision of the disciplinary committee, which acted on a complaint by Ceres-La Salle, Kaya, Stallion, and Pachanga-Diliman. With Otomo playing in a some matches, Global went over the five-foreigner limit rule of the league. Otomo, who also became part of the Azkals pool last year, has also been suspended for six games. Interestingly, Global was spared punishment in the league, where the squad finished second behind newly minted champion Ceres. Otomo suited up in the first half of the league season. Otomo has since been dropped during the transfer window in April, a month before the Cup kicked off. The 33-year-old midfielder is now unattached and out of the country. There were also questions regarding the eligibility of Hikaru Minegishi, a Fil-Japanese player also for Global, but he was cleared. Global would’ve already advanced to the Cup’s Round of 16 as the third seed had the powerhouse squad not been banned from the Cup, which resumes next week.
