Yup, the Pakistan-Bangladesh game was played in the middle of a monsoon which the Bangladeshis used to their advantage.
Playing also in your home ground is such a big advantage so an away draw especially with the away goal rule in effect is an acceptable result for the Azkals.

I only missed one prediction. Bangladesh wins 3-0 over Pakistan. Good effort by Taiwan over a strong Malaysian side.

cjeagle, good picks! And we pretty much only disagree on one match, the one I know the least. Uzbekistan - Kyrgystan I know nothing about these two, hehe

Caz, no changing of bets now. Uzbekistan has been showing some good form lately at all levels. they even beat the US at the last U-17 world championships. I also picked Thailand over Palestine while you voted the reverse. On bigsoccer, I was the only one who voted Philippines over Kuwait. Everybody else picked Kuwait. An obvious case of homerism I suppose.

I guess to the unbiased, we don't stand a chance against Kuwait. But I'm biased so, Go Philippines! As for Thailand, they underperformed in the last Suzuki Cup while Palestine gave our team quite a headache in the Challenge Cup qualifiers. Assuming the Thais are still in disarray, I think the Palestinians can pull off an upset.

This is remarkable since I had the handicap of voting Philippines over Kuwait twice in the 2nd round, one of only a very few who predicted that matchup wrong. Without that handicap I might have been close to first or even leading the pack. I don't think I did as good a job in the 2nd leg though, so we will see how far I have dropped.
