Regarding moving the schedule for the matches for late March, not only will this allow more preparation for the venues and fall on FIFA international match dates, this will also mean end of classes for elementary and high school students - a good portion of the people that the organizers and marketing people of this event should be aiming to get into the stadiums. 2 of those matches will be on a weekday, with no classes the following day to contend with, there are better chances to get families into the stadium for the matches.
In relation to that, they should seriously consider lowering the ticket prices to enable a lot more people to watch the matches. There's 3 matches in this group stage, if you want people to fill up Rizal the tickets should be affordable enough to allow families and individual fans to afford to watch all 3 matches. I think they should seriously look into the pricing scheme and be more aggressive in marketing and promoting the AFC Challenge Cup group stage.

I dont think they have decided yet if Rizal will be the venue for the qualifiers ? If they really need more time for venues it could mean that they want to host it somewhere else ?
Turkmenistan already schedueld to play a friendly on FIFA match date 22. March against Armenia , I doubt that they want to have AFC Challenge Cup qualifiers on FIFA match dates in March.

Wins against Cambodia & Brunei and a draw with the Turkmens would be enough to go through.

Yes on this. i am native north but i prefer the intl matches be on panaad or cebu (hello to our govt; time to build quality stadium down there pls). Coz the football passion is alive there. need our local midfielders and strikers to hardened their skills this time. cohesion with each other is still the best formula for a formidable team.

If we make it to the finals I think we have a plausible shot at winning it all, getting us into the Asian Cup! But it'll be tough! First things first though, we have to win in our home turf.

If we qualify for the Asian cup and win some matches against top teams participating in Australia, it will shadow our shortsighted journey last suzuki cup.

Qualifying for the Asian Cup by winning the Challenge Cup (which comes first before the Suzuki Cup) will bring the team some more respect and ounces of confidence going through the Suzuki Cup and hopefully work better and reach for a finals slot. A good run in the Asian Cup and the 2018 WCQ, though, will bring a legitimacy to our team being contenders to be ASEAN champs at least for a few editions.

FIFA already released on their website the schedule of the group games March 2 - Philippines vs Brunei March 4 - Philippines vs Cambodia March 6 - Philippines vs Turkmenistan Notes: - All games will be held in Manila
- No Time of kick-off yet
- The March 6 game could be the best game since this could also be a revenge game
- We should win these matches as FIFA ranked this as a Continental Qualifier category so this could boost our rankings
