More player movements: "...OJ in the meantime is said to have left Stallion for Diliman FC. On the topic of Pachanga, they have some new transfers – Hector Zaghi and his brother have left Team Socceroo for Pachanga. That greatly strengthens the Red Phoenix’ midfield. Former Azkal, Global and Laos player Michael Atienza has also moved to Pachanga..." bleachersbrew.blogspot.com/2012/08/updates-on-clear-dream-match.html

...and how about the Armed Forces teams? do they have a big budget to sign quality players? There was an interview in a UFL game concerning how much a certain AFP team(AF I think) had for its budget and it really wasn't that much. The team manager also said they could sign civilian players. The only "big" signing I know of is Neckson Leonora to AF. Anyone else??

When will the UFL Cup start? Loyola suppose to play this month at Singapore?
The space between the the have and have nots team in UFL is getting bigger. I think this is normal in football, I think MLS is the only league that tries to level things.

@simongreatwich: "I guess it's official public knowledge now. I can confirm that I've moved to the Philippines to play for @meralcosparks."

Guys, schedules for the upcoming season haven't been finalised yet (including the transfer deadline) because of all the conflicting events happening including the Singapore Cup, the NT friendlies and the Suzuki Cup. We will be making contact with UFL technical committee head Richie Gannaban for any final announcements.

Whether Division 1 or 2, the addition of Ceres and other provincial clubs will bolster the league's quality and will help reach out to more fans in more areas.
