Ok OT, it seems not just Filipina fan girls are interested with some of our HBT squad members. As I was checking twitter world, I saw a group of Indonesian girls chatting up our boys. There seems to be a "get together" involved. Promoting peace and brotherhood through sports! If you cant beat 'em, conquer them, if you know what I mean So the post isn't too OT, pic of the boys having dinner at their hotel: LOL I remember last SEA Games, Indonesian fan-girls are cheering for Kiefer Ravena during a basketball game because he is "cute and sexy". I wonder why they cheer for the Filipinos, Indonesians and Filipinos look alike!

Yeah, we Filipinos may look alike with the rest of our neighbours because of our dominant Malay features, but we just tend to be more friendly, cheerful and welcoming cultural-wise. Plus the blend of other racial features happened to be attractive to them! Many of the foreign fans would say that the Azkals are more fan-friendly and accomodating than their counterpart national teams. The Indonesian Azkals fan I told some time ago even says her Merah Putih counterparts tend to be snobbish and reserved even when they're not on the pitch. Autographs and pictures are only possible on fan gatherings & press cons. Take a look at our boys, even if they're sweaty and all after training and after games, they still accomodate fans. Even our Kaholeros booster squad are friendly with their counterpart fans! That's what I call good PR! You're right, Wiking. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.

Finally saw a match in the HBT and our boys are not that bad.. They have good ball movement and i was surprised that Joshua Beloya played midfield. It was a very stupid foul from Margarse! i don't know why he did that. We have a lot of promising local boys. I don't know most of them but i think UFL teams should get them. with more exposure and training I think we'll have a chance in future tournaments.

There is a report that coach Zoran has been at NAIAirport for four(4) days now awaiting for his "visa". A UFL official and UFL team owner(Santi Araneta) has put PFF on "blast" by saying, "Why do we treat a very promising Coach like Zoran, this way? Stuck in NAIA for 4 days." If this is indeed true, this coach might not be with us for long...

That's very unfortunate and quite a fiasco. Why would there be a problem with Coach Zoran's visa? Wasn't he here before flying to Brunei for the tournament scouting and training the U21 team? If he was, that meant he already had a visa. If it wasn't multiple entry, they could have got his visa renewed before he left for Brunei. Even if the liaison to the coach (I'm assuming he had one) had overlooked this before he left for Brunei, they could have had him issued one by our Embassy in Brunei, that would only take an hour if the circumstances were explained. Also, 4 days to get the problem sorted out considering he already had a visa issued to him before? The situation is mind-blowing, but not in a good way.

Well they had the same problem in Mongolia when somebody forgot to bring Jonsson's Philippine passport and he nearly was not allowed entry into Mongolia. I thought that was the team coordinator's(Patrick Ace Bright) fault but I could be wrong. Somebody dropped the ball again.

Not bringing a passport is a much bigger problem, yet that case was resolved in less than 4 days. Visa issues can be settled by Immigration right away, they can make a decision to allow or deny entry.
Besides, Coach Zoran was here scouting and training for the U21 team so that means he already has a visa. It's not like he was on an exclusion list or something. It's only a matter of renewing it, something that shouldn't take 4 days to resolve.
