Here's a partial list from where i'm from. the numbers below are grid coordinates that you can use in google earth to check.
San Agustin Football Field 10°41'53.40"N 122°33'45.83"E Located at University of San Agustin, this field is used for parades and such. Correct me if i'm wrong but i guess this is where Chippy Caligdong and Ian Araneta went to college.
Iloilo Sports COmplex 10°42'42.61"N 122°33'45.26"E The Home of football in Iloilo City. It has hosted a lot of international footy competitions like presidents cup in the 90's, it even hosted a womens international tourney in the early 2000's.(forgot the tournament)
Today, Most folks that play here are from the surrounding area and visiting koreans. Open to the public and has no entrance fee.
WVSU parade grounds 10°42'50.13"N 122°33'47.76"E Located inside West Visayas State University, this is also used for Field demonstrations, ROTC Formations, Graduations. It was even a venue for eraserheads concert last 1994.
People who play here are usually school alumni.
St. Vincent Ferrer Seminary football field 10°43'17.58"N 122°33'24.48"E This Field is used by the students studying in the seminary.
CPU Big Field 10°43'50.61"N 122°32'54.59"E CPU or Central Philippine University Big Field has hosted a lot of Local and Regional Football tournaments and is a training ground of the azkals when they are here in Iloilo Aside from Iloilo Sports Complex, This Field is the other one that i know that has a drainage system so that when there is a torrential downpour, the field doesnt get flooded.
CPU Half moon 10°43'57.07"N 122°32'57.52"E The Alternative to the Big Field is the Half Moon Drive Field. This is smaller than the big field and is used by the CPU High School football team if the CPU Mens team is using the big field.
Actually, right now, aside from the half moon and big field, CPU has 2 more football fields, one is the Elementary football field and the other field is shared by the CPU baseball team and CPU Koreans.
Angelicum School 10°43'54.00"N 122°33'32.59"E with a white mansion as a backdrop, this field is a picturesque one. specially during December.
NHA Mandurriao 10°43'18.70"N 122°32'33.62"E NHA or National Housing Authority has a football field in this part of the village together with a basketball court. But the state of the ground is not that good. You play in dirt rather than grass.
La Paz District Plaza Football Field 10°42'41.22"N 122°34'13.29"E This is a well maintained football field. It has produced a lot of good players locally.

what's the best stadium in mindanao kung saan pwede maglaro ang azkals? yung papasa sa standards or kunti na lang ang kulang para pumasa sa standards.
Dapat kasi isa sa luzon(rizal),visayas(panaa) at sa mindanao in order for this game to grow, the game has to go to the people. hindi yung kinakawawa natin ang ating mga kababayan sa visayas at mindanao at papupuntahin mo pa sila sa manila o hanggang panood na lang sila ng tv. iba kasi ang pakiramdam pag napanood mo sa tv kumpara sa napanood mo personally ang laro. it instills a sense of pride.

i just discovered that aside from panaad stadium in negros occidental, its sister province negros oriental also has the perdices coliseum which has a very good football pitch. i'm not sure nga lang kung tapos na ang construction ng nasabing stadium... Here are some pics of Perdices Coliseum in Negros Occidental. www.facebook.com/pages/Perdices-Coliseum-Oval/182972653991These are old pictures, the field is already use on various local torney. We also have Silliman University Ball Field which was used by the U23 visayas elems last may, P League in 90's (sana ibalik), Coke Go For Goal, Adidas Cup, Milo Little League and Marami pang iba but it will be underconstruction for the rubber tracks. Silliman University has two offcial football fields with 2 not so called official Foundation Universtiy Football Fields one in the main campus and other in high school dept. This was also used in Unigames Womens Football Torney where I saw the Lovely KC Concepcion playing. More football fields available for 2012: 8. More fields to be available. The early part of the year will see the completion of the football field at the Bonifacio Global City and the Moro Lorenzo field at Ateneo (the field formerly known as Erenchun Field). Hopefully, there would be a decision as to the turf conversion plan at the University of Makati. Also by then, the field at ASCOM will be ready for use. www.soccercentralph.com/feature/2011-year-review-philippine-football

Fields FULL POINT By Nimrod NL Quiñones (The Freeman) Updated January 12, 2012 12:00 AM Our lack of good football fields was again highlighted last weekend during the Sinulog Cup Football Festival, which was played in two venues. Although I managed to only go to the University of San Carlos-Talamban Field, I learned that the situation there was better than at the San Roque Parish Field in Subangdaku, Mandaue City. The rains caused the fields to become very muddy and although they remained playable, it was obvious that the playing condition wasn’t very suitable. Football has bounced back big time in Cebu for about a decade now. Festival-type events, like what was held over the weekend, brought a lot of interest into the sport and many schools, including those without playing fields, have formed teams. I know how much effort the organizers put into making the fields better for the tournaments and it is very sad to see that despite their enthusiasm, many of the children don’t get to enjoy playing as much as they want. If we have all-weather football fields or at least those that have good drainage systems, we can play games even in this kind of weather Cebu is now experiencing. This might seem like asking too much, but if we want to really be better in the sport, the playing venues would be a primary requirement. www.philstar.com/Article.aspx?articleId=767177&publicationSubCategoryId=110

Every plazas in every municipalities in PH should have football fields. Puro basketball court lang meron sa mga large plazas eh.
LGU's should improve their football fields in their plazas if they have.
