sad to hear that news, maybe he should consider looking clubs in J-League or S-League where there's a good chance he can play regularly

I would consider him playing for J-League but if he stay in Europe, it's better.

TRANSFER RUMOUR: Fulham FC/Barclays Premier League, England (1st tier) David Stockdale to West Ham United? Fulham's current second-string goalkeeper David Stockdale is being lured to move to recently-promoted side West Ham United to replace their current GK Robert Green should the latter not renew his contract. British tabloid The Sun reports: Sam takes Stock WEST HAM have targeted Fulham’s David Stockdale to replace Robert Green.Contract talks with England keeper Green have broken down over his wage demands, thought to be £50,000 a week. So West Ham boss Sam Allardyce will turn to £5million-rated Stockdale should Green quit Upton Park. Stockdale, 26, is growing increasingly frustrated at being unable to dislodge Cottagers No 1 Mark Schwarzer. And Fulham would listen to offers for a keeper who has been called up to the England squad already, for the Euro 2012 qualifier against Switzerland. www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/football/4347566/West-Ham-target-David-Stockdale-to-replace-Rob-Green.html
With the impending termination of contract of previous acquisition Csaba Somogyi, there might be bigger chances of Philippine international Neil Etheridge to take the bench again for the first team should Stockdale take the offer. Will Robert Green put an end to his stay at West Ham? Will Stocky leave the Cottagers? Should Pinoys get a dash of hope that Etheridge will finally debut in the Premiership should circumstances be due? Find out for more pre-season reports here in the Filipino Footballers Abroad thread!

MATCH RESULT:
R. Jonsson GRINDAVIK 2 - IA 2
Goal Scorers: GRINDAVIK O. Ameobi 34' P. Faye 63'
IA 45' J. Ákason 85' M. Doninger
Grindavik have an early lead in the game before IA drew them. It's a good result since IA is currently the top 1 team in Úrvalsdeild Table. Ray Jonsson played the whole match.
Next Games: Iceland Cup Keflavik vs Grindavik June 7 3:15am Manila Time (7:15pm Local Time June 6) Úrvalsdeild Breidablik vs Grindavik June 16 10pm Manila Time (2pm Local Time)
Ray Jonsson might suit up in the PHI vs GUM game since no game near that date. Jonsson might play in the Iceland Cup game of Grindavik so he won't suit up in PHI friendlies.
