Can anyone verify if Patino can still play with the azkals for CC despite the loan?

Clubs are obligated to release players on FIFA match dates, so his new club is compelled to comply. However, it will be unlikely he will be able to play all CC matches, perhaps 2 matches at most if we're lucky.

he is reportedly in-talks with Buriram United. will this be a good decision for him? if he is really going out from Spain, i would rather see him playing at J-League or K-League. Thai League is not known of releasing their players for National team duties

go to J league patino wont gain anything in thai league even with the salary.i vote for J league rather than K league .k leauge has to much match fixing and the league right now has to much problem. last week more 20 player where suspended 3 of them cant play football anymore.

for me i would like to see him play in one of middle eastern clubs. may in qatari league. somehow we have a good relation with some middle eastern countries and it might further boost our chances of having play with them in the future.

Buriram FC has reportedly paid his Spanish club $100k for the transfer. I am hoping it could work out well for Javi as he will be the Thai main offensive option it means playing regular football in weekly basis. With his Spanish club, he was used sparingly as he is only the third or fourth option among its strikers. If this report is true, Azkals will be having 2 players plying their trade in Thai league. The other one is Paul Mulders. . .But just like one of the poster here opinionated it could be better if they play in J. League.

^yes it's true, their National team rarely plays a friendly match during FIFA match days because their club won't release their players

Where did you get that false info from ? What you're talking about is kinda an old and one-time issue. There was a big match fixing scandal in the middle of 2010 season where many players got banned and some even committed suicide, but after that, no further match fixing was reported and everything's fine now. 2013 season just started and i don't know what you mean by last week thing. In case you wonder, i live in Seoul. So if Patino is really planning to play in Asia and If he gets a good offer from any East Asian 1st-tier clubs, whether it be K or J or even China's CSL, i think he'd better go for it than Thai league. But the problem is, East Asian leagues just started their respective 2013 seasons and most of the clubs already got their foreign-quota jammed, so it might not be the best time now for him to get a good offer. And if that's the case, i think Buriram United can be a decent temporary option at the moment as the club is currently playing in the ACL and if joins there and plays well, it will surely help him to get noticed all around Asia.
