no, no... dont get me wrong. i've been a football fan since i cant remember. i follow football in espn and god knows where else. that's why i can't help myself from comparing the strengths of foreign teams to our very own azkals. the discrepancy is by a mile. that's why it pains me when some mindless football fans expect much from them. what if they fail? like now? 4-0 against a univ team? marami pang kakainin ang azkals bago nila makuha ang respeto ng mga tunay na football fans. just dont equate loving football with being patriotic, iba yun. if patriotism ang usapan, iba yan. but if you just love football, you'll agree with me that the azkals team right now still needs polishing. 4-0. no excuses. ;Dlook i don't know what you are talking about patriotism,or what , what you see in my logo was the name of our football team & has nothing to do with patriotism or what, kasi it's been quite a while since the last time you've posted e, nagpost kanalang ulit today kasi nakita mo yun natalo ang azkals, as if you are saying "sabi kona sa inyo e walanamang sinabi yang azkals niyo e, paulitulit ka bro. alam naman natin na compared to other counntries e malayo pa ang azkals e kaso pinamumukha mo samin na to shut up as if you're asking na what's the fuss about the azkals & as if you're questioning us the fans na bakit ba kau nguusap pa jan sa azkals forum e wala namang binatbat iyang team na yan kaya mas maganda pa saraduhin na yang forum ,kasi magpopost ka lang pag yun nakita mo natalo ang azkals di naman... when i say mindless fans, i dont mean you. madami diyan sa tabi-tabi, mindless azkals fans. with no clue about football whatsoever. sa tingin ko naman, you know football. if i offended you in any way, well, i dont have to say sorry because i have said in those few moments that i posted here na fan ako ng azkals. i like them. i have high hopes sa future endeavors nila. and i will cheer for them kahit na pa ma 8-0 ng any univ. team. patriotism eh. pero as a football fan, personally ha, madami pang kakainin talaga na bigas itong azkals. yung locals natin, well, kaya nga puro fil-fors kinukuha coz there's not much to expect from them. but give them a few years pa, dont be shocked if they pull off a win against japan national team. why? we have the height, the knowhow, and the budget...fil-fors ba naman eh...

Kanto Gakuin is better known for its Rugby and Baseball Teams Well, maybe this is a trial run if they can do possession football against a better team and snatch a goal or two. It seems that they can't do it (due to cold, due to lack of technical skills) and I hope that they will revert to their tried and tested defensive counterattacking style... BTW, i like an all Fil-For team unless we already have a steady professional football league...

don't let us be disappointed, those Jap college players are used to the cold when playing (their advantage) but the some of the Azkals especially the homegrown ones(Sacapaño, Araneta, Gener, Barsales, Caligdong, et al) are adjusting their bodies in that weather. I saw that weather really affects their playing and you might forget that the Azkals are there(Japan) since Monday. Now, Assuming the Azkals are used to the cold, you think they can beat the local Japanese college booters? yes!
This reminds me of my sister who is in Europe working in a hospital for 3 years, during the first 2 weeks there, she struggled colds, coughing, some muscle and gas pains but now she is used to the weather there. This is what is happening to some of our players in Japan, I read the news that Caligdong is down with colds and coughing.

weather is really a big factor. sanay na kasi yan sa lamig,,, let them play in some humid places, medjo mag decrease rin performance nyan. pero Japan has good football.

Acc. to the website exchange rate, MNT1000000 is equivalent to $805. That is a pretty good incentive for any player to play well and score. Kung siguro meron tayo diyan sa Azkals, Ian Araneta would have scored already instead of looking like this . Ha Ha

Update naman diyan My friends told me that AzKals again lost 8-1 in their second tune-up game against Kyoto University. Anong nangyari sa goalkeeper? Naging statwa or banban talaga si Sacapano at takot magdive sa malasementong frozen turf ;D
