this is my first 11 for tomorrow's game against Guam i am not familiar with Uy and Omphroy's capabilities. they're both fullback but they were utilized as a midfielder against Chicago inferno. i will put them as a holding midfielders tomorrow and Reichelt at CAM. we don't have an attacking midfielder in the team squad and i see Reichelt as a best candidate for this position because of his skills. IMO, i think Bahadoran is not fit as a winger because he lacks crossing abilities but he played well with his club Global so why not try. what is your prediction guys?

Expecting a tough match against Guam.. (me thinks they will at least score a goal) Certainly we lack finishing and striking power up front. Praying that Wolf pulls of something out of his hat. Anything less than a win will be tragic, the resulting media frenzy, home crowd and all. SUBS: Araneta (FW), Gonzales and Porteria (MF), Uy (DF)

Araneta has a lot of monkeys on his back right now, and I bet it will be hard to shake them off in this tournament. But we need miracles in the striker position to win this Cup. That simple.
Best result later vs. Guam: 3-1 for Azkals. Worst result: 1-1 stalemate

please leave Araneta behind, let him sit alone on the bench. he is not deserving in the squad anymore same as Margarse. good thing Gener was replaced by Moy

Gould is in the line-up right?
Any news on how he fared at CB during scrimmages?
How quickly fates change, not too long ago we were stacked up front and having problems on the back, now the reverse is true.

Really? Moy now is in the lineup? that's a plus.
I agree that defensive wise, we might have earned a few aces after the injury of Aly and the absence of the aging Jonsson and Gier. The likes of de Murga and Sabio definitely are a positive. Now with Christaens trying his luck as sort of a wing back and the entry of Uy and Omphroy certainly create more options. But we need another true centre back, since im not really comfortable with de Jong as a centre back.. he's quite short for that position.
Offense wise, the absence of Mark Hartmann, Guirado, and now Phil, spell trouble, since I'm not really a big fan of Wolf being our sole hope for that spot. (Not even discussing Araneta again) I think Beloya could do better.

lets just hope Araneta proves us wrong that he don't have it anymore, because sometimes doubt above your capacity can be a good motivation to show critics that you still have more than what they see....... good luck to Ian and the team... pero sana naman coach pag di pa din gumana si Ian ay palitan mo na, may panahon pa para hasain mga batang striker natin bago mag suzuki cup:-)

They are withheld from the squad in the Peace Cup due to alleged commitment issues (off-field activities of YH and their economic demands)... As per coach Weiss, he told the YH bros that "anything else remains to be seen after the Peace Cup." As for Guirado, he is currently playing for Salgaocar FC in the India league, and based on the team's sched on November, the Indian club will have its hands full. so there's a big Question mark.
