I'm just confused with "Phumipha" as it sounds like a Thai surname but nevertheless known German football database website Transfermarkt and its Spanish counterpart Ceroacero listed him as Spanish- Filipino.

yup it's 3rd division. His last team Mirandes was promoted to Segunda A (league of Patino's team) but candidate for relegation there Now he's still in Segunda B for Gijon's 2nd team
