I was just curious about Chelsea Korea school thing so i did some research on it. Here are some infos i found on their homepage (http://chelseafcsskr.com)
It's a newly launched private academy in Songdo City, Incheon, South Korea, which opened only 2 months ago, November 2012. The academy signed a MOU with Chelsea FC's Asia marketing corporation ProEvents for using the name Chelsea and it doesn't seem that Chelsea actually run the academy. The age range of the recruited kids at the moment is between 13 to 7 years old.
Well i have no clue about the level of these kids but considering the fact that there are too many football academies and elite school varsity teams in South Korea i think we don't really need to take this result seriously. Plus, their oldest kids are 13 year old (7th grade), so we can't even call them a U-14 team. Hate to say this, but i don't even understand why they arranged these games.

Little Azkals win big By Edri K. Aznar
Saturday, February 16, 2013
THE Leylam Little Azkals showed why they deserve to represent the country in international competition after an easy disposal of Cebu football powerhouse Don Bosco Technology Center (DBTC) in the Boys-14 finals of the 10th Thirsty Football Cup yesterday at the Cebu City Sports Center.
The Little Azkals, the Philippine National Under-14 squad, held DBTC scoreless, 3-0, to win their second straight title in the Boys-14 division of the biggest annual football festival in Cebu City.
The Little Azkals started with a quick pace and immediately scored a goal with just a minute into the game. Cebuano winger Soy Soy Colina struck from a distance and hit the back of the net after the Don Bosco goalkeeper failed to block the shot.
Three minutes later, another Cebuano national team player, Major Dean Ebarle, hit his target after stripping the ball from a defender and striking it from point blank range.
Ebarle, who was named MVP, showed that not only can he score goals but he can also pass as he set up Mark Winhoffer with an accurate ground ball for a goal in the 18th minute.
DBTC had some shots on target but the Little Azkals defense was top notch.
“I didn’t expect it to be that easy. Don Bosco is one of the top teams of Cebu in the Under-14 division,” Little Azkals head coach Oliver Colina told Sun.Star Cebu after wresting the Boy-14 crown.
The Little Azkals earned a trip to the championship round after a 2-0 win over Tubigon, while DBTC earned its slot with a 1-0 victory over Paref-Springdale.
The Little Azkals, composed of the best Under-14 players from the Philippines, is preparing for an Asean Football Federation tournament in the middle of this year. They will also leavfe for in Australia for a training camp two weeks before the competition.
“Our main target is the Boys-17 division and not the Under-14. This only serves as a tune-up,” said Colina.
The Leylam Little Azkals was preparing to compete in the Under-17 division against bigger and better teams at press time.
Meanwhile, the Abellana National School (ANS) took the Boys-19 crown after edging out visiting Silliman University, 1-0, the other night. Tom Booth scored the lone goal for ANS.
Action in the Thirsty Cup, which attracted 349 teams on its 10th edition, resumes today at the Cebu City Sports Center.

Good evening. Can you give me idea on how I can let my son ( half Pinoy/Thai ) try out for under 14 Phil team? We are currently residing in Bangkok Thailand and he is playing at Arsenal Football School here. He is also the team captain in his school Assumption Primary school for 4 years. He is now in his first year high school. He also played for 2 months last summer at Chelsea FC in Makati.

Thanks for the reply. Can u give me more information about this 2015 NOFA Puma Under 13 National Invitational Tournament. When will it be and who shall I contact if we want to bring our team? . Thanks in advance. Sorry, I wasn't exactly responding to you. The above tournament is I beleive for one of the provincial(Negros Occidental FA) tournaments for the U13 age group where football is a bit more popular. I saw it on facebook and posted it here because of Dooley's comments during the tournament. I don't really know who is in charge of the current PFF U-14 age group and their schedule. I would suggest that you check the PFF website, but unfortunately it is down again right now, as it usually is. If you check facebook you could check under Little Azkals, which is the term assigned to this age group, but most of the info on their activities is a little outdated for the pages I have seen.
