Greetings! I'm new to football and I have partial knowledge in it. So forgive me for my ignorance..hhehe. ;D I would just like to ask why "UFL" is considered a semi pro league and not a pro league. What are the difference between the two(pro and semi pro)?

A full professional league, such as the PBA, would mean all players are fully employed as athletes and are paid with a regular salary. Semi-pro leagues, such as the current state of the UFL, would mean only a portion of players are paid under pro means, while others are only paid allowances when they play, and have other jobs outside playing the sport.
By and large, the UFL is still semi-pro, as still evidenced by the Division 2 teams, where most of the players are only paid allowances.
Also, the lack of infrastructure and a defined system, and like some countries have, a player/staff trade union, also define the league as such. For it to go pro, they must fulfil the parameters I mentioned.
