Gino Pavone is now in Europe looking for a club to sign in. via Twitter:
@ginop_415: cant say til it hits the media but i narrowed it down to teams in italy england holland and germany (**in response to what clubs he plans to explore)
@ginop_415: we see i prefer italy i have a offer from palermo and bari as of now (**on what country he prefers to stay for club football)
I prefer more a low-tier English or Dutch club for Gino. I doubt if Palermo and Bari would make him eventaully to their seniors. They might just place him at the reserves.

he's better off with a 2nd or 3rd division club in either of the countries he wants to play in. if he had stayed in the united states, he would've been better off trying his luck in the USL-Pro, NASL or he could've stayed in the NPSL to prove his worth as a professional player. maybe he didn't like the coach or i don't know, but all in all, a 2nd or 3rd division club in the countries he's eyeing is the place for him.

UFL? You mean the local league? Of course he could hack it here. Maybe he's just exploring if there are more interesting playing opportunities in Europe.

@ginop_415: OFF TO MEXICO OR EUROPE IN MATTER OF DAYS TO BEGIN MY PROFESSIONAL FUTBOL CAREER WISH ME LUCK EVERYONE THANKS A LOT GOD BLESSi doubt he can hack it in the mexican primera. maybe a reserve team, but i don't see him playing 1st team. like i said before. he's better off in second/third division euro team or usl-pro/nasl or npsl in the states. but if he does manage to get into a mexican primera 1st team, then more power to him. but that IS a BIG IF...

@ginop_415: OFF TO MEXICO OR EUROPE IN MATTER OF DAYS TO BEGIN MY PROFESSIONAL FUTBOL CAREER WISH ME LUCK EVERYONE THANKS A LOT GOD BLESSMexican clubs rarely use one of their limited foreign spots in an unproven guy, even less if he's USAmerican, Primera División can only have 5 foreign players, Liga de Ascenso (2nd division) teams only 4 and even this division has some Senior NT players (Blas Perez & Gabriel Enrique Gómez from Panama, Carlos Ruíz from Guatemala and Victor Bernardez from Honduras) so I see it pretty unlikely, unless he applies for Mexican citizenship.

Gino's portfolio video of his skills before he heads to Mexico or Europe. From his Twitter account, he tries not to publicise everything until he has finally signed a contract. He will announce what club he has signed on through the mass media.
From what I'm seeing, Gino is improving in corner kicks and long-range shots. But I'm not sure either. I hope he has impressed that club he will be in. Keeping fingers crossed for him. Good luck, Gino!

the logo on his shirt looks like the Monterrey CF's logo, only that Gino's shirt is green, and Monterrey's blue..

that's the away jersey (we call it "green Heineken" cuz they adopted that color thanks to the alliance between FEMSA and Heineken)... In Mexico we don't have "reserves" per se, but U-20 & U-17 teams... they look old and not like pro footballers (LOL), definitely not related to the real CF Monterrey: CF Monterrey U-20 Here Cesar "Chelito" Delgado with that jersey: BTW, there's a guy with a Club América jacket, so obviously they're amateurish.

Pictures in San Francisco most likely means it's based there. As for CF Monterrey reserves, very doubtful, close to half the team looks a little over-the-hill. If you look at the NPSL team roster, there isn't any 'Monterrey' team. Not to mention an NPSL logo on their uniforms. Look at the telephone number at the bottom for a 'Victor Magallanes" it's a 415 area code that's bay area/San Francisco, CA. Why would they go there for pics if they're from Monterrey MX? I think its a "Saturday night league" for Mexican Americans living in and around the Bay area. I quit following this cat on twitter because he keeps on saying he's close to signing for a la Liga, Serie A, US National Team etc etc(see stellars post of one of his tweets above), just like his "FIFA agent" kept saying to us a few months ago.
