is it just me or anyone finds every article regarding Coach Dooley very interesting. I mean, he's such a darling in front of the media. relationship with the press indeed is a very important factor for a coach/manager.

dooley was a part of that squad when the US was just starting to get on the world map -- when it was all uphill and nobody seemed to believe. in the early 90's soccer/football in America was synonymous with curling. says a lot about why he wanted to take on this job. he also has a thriving academy in southern california and have been using a concept that sits comfortably with the competitive nature of the american youth there. he is legit. he has the blueprint embedded in his DNA. dooley is on the up and up. It's just you theunicorn.

with Dooley at the helm, I wonder if the team still scout overseas or just focus on local talent development. it seems like the influx of overseas players with filipino decent into the team kinda died down a bit. i dont think it would hurt if both are still part of the management's agenda.

Mr. Palami is on the record saying that they know basically every eligible player in every important first or second division league. That being said third or fourth division talent of the top countries would probably do if the prospect is a centerback, more so if he is a young centerback willing to live in the Philippines. Anyway recruitment still goes on according to an interview with Coach Dooley I just watched on GMA's FTW. They talked about first divison prospects from Australia (probably Ramsay) and England (Not first division).

Player from Australia? no brainer it's Ramsay! How about from England? it's just a guess but it's likely Adam Reed. . .
