I have activated the Philippines league, changed the format to the current one for 2016 season with just one main division. I have also activated 2 extra leagues to keep the filipino player pool active and playing in order to give more depth. There is relegation and promotion from tier 2 to 3. No relegation or promotion to or from UFL Div 1.
I have added all major transfers that I know of. I have not released players from clubs where I don't know there destination. This should give more depth to the clubs squads.
I have created lots of new players including all national players not on the game. (Deyto, Sato, Porteria etc..)
I have gotten rid of the delcared for nation on players like Amin Nazari so that there is hope you can call him up to the Azkals.
I have added coaches like Leigh Manson to the game.
Hope you appreciate the hard work, and I know it's not the complete package as it would take an incredibly long time creating every player. FM's philippines database is really far behind so don't be surprised to see players in teams that have not been there for years.
Any comments or help updating will be appreciated. Thanks.
yeah, I haven't even been able to try out the database yet so it might be full of errors. It was my birthday this weekend so haven't got around to trying it. I'll try and upload the .fmf in a little bit.

Old version for FM15:
Honestly, I cannot remember which files do what, so just have all of them on when creating the database. As I said previously, it will probably make Philippines slightly better than they should be, players like Daisuke Sato would probably have been able to get into the Iran team, so they're not very accurate. Fm16 should be more accurate.

Also a tip, if you want an interesting fm challenge, I did the big club small nation challenge last year.
Whatever nationality you select for your manager, there is potential that players from the youth intake will be of the same nationality.
I picked Barcelona and Filipino as nationality, this brings Fil-Spanish players into the youth team, meaning over time you can call up your Barcelona youth players to the Azkals (not all will say yes, some have hopes of getting into Spain team).

In the game I created it is a shame that Yuji Takahashi and Junichi Tanaka didn't appear in the database, despite me picking a database with all players of filipino first or second nationality to be included. Must be because they are based in Japan and SI doesn't include real players for the J-Leagues due to licensing issues. You will have to manually enable them before you can get these players in the game.

This will allow you to get Junichi Tanaka and Yuji Takahashi in the game:

truman: keep ting on basketball, mate. accept it, we can't cope up with its popularity. Dont hate on the sport. Blame PFF for not marketing the sport well enough. Now that the Philippines is in the FIBA World Cup, it would be a loooot harder for ustogainsupport

BoyBacolod: If some UAAP or NCAA schools will join the new league in one form or another, it may remove the gap between U22s and seniors. The schools can devise a system akin to sports academies, education is important after all.

BoyBacolod: Will the PFL be like the San Marino league system, where there are no so-called "home" stadiums.

leoisiah: Gibraltar also has a single stadium for their league.

BoyBacolod: Rules are rules are rules. The two clubs should have known better. They are given loads of time to act on it. And to those who say PFF sucks, sometimes they do but one thing they are consistent is sticking to the rules.

BoyBacolod: As long as Ricky Yanson is professional to Ceres FC and extends support to the Azkals in general (Ceres Azkals in particular) during home games, he can be PFF president in my book. Much better will be reconciling with Leo, though that idea is Farfetch'd.

BoyBacolod: Kaya fans wishing that Ricky Yanson wins the PFF presidency is akin to GMA fans wishing that Congress and President Duterte will not renew ABS-CBN's franchise.

BoyBacolod: We will wait for the basketball and volleyball ASEAN teams and then we compare their reception to that given to the football delegations, where ALL ASEAN nations participate. Now there will be foreign scrutiny in every move of PHISGOC.

BoyBacolod: DDS trolls underestimated the SEA football community. Having no prior exposure to football culture, they dismiss any and all so-called sabotages as destabilization plots, to the point that they do not support the teams, especially the women.
