So far we have these people in the Injured list:
Aly Borromeo(DF) - recovering from recent surgery on his knee due to strained meniscus. He insists he may return playing (at least at club level) by the end of the year. Ray Jonsson(DF) - reports claim he was injured which made him not involved last week's AFC Challenge Cup qualifiers. Denis Wolf(FW) - still tending to an ankle injury. May recover in a few months.

Rob Gier is injured and he won't play the rest of the 2012-2013 season.
@robdazogier2 18h Pulled calf = end of season, what a sh*t night. Sorry I shot off lads, just wanted to get home. Great result btw #yellamen
@robdazogier2 6h The last time I had this injury it was against the LA Galaxy, last night it was against Abingdon FC. Still sucks.
How many weeks did he waited before playing again in his last calf injury? Will this injury last until our June friendlies?

How many weeks did he waited before playing again in his last calf injury? Will this injury last until our June friendlies? The last time he had this, he fully recovered after around 10 weeks and was able to join the 2012 AFC Challenge Cup. Depending on how severe that calf pull is, it would take him between 5 weeks to 4 months. The most severe ones need surgery. Am I right, Doc Caz?

FYI. Ray Jonsson is playing now in Iceland, assuming fully recovered from injury.

Bits and pieces from jonny's blog:
- Chieffy Caligdong and Patrick Deyto are reportedly called up according to Green Archers Utd.
- Patrick Reichelt has suffered a hamstring injury, acquired during the AFC President's Cup and will not be able to play for the upcoming friendlies.
- Neil Etheridge and the Ott brothers are in the country and are expected to join the NT.

I blame the very tightly-scheduled Thai footy season. Imagine League & Cup games have only 2-3 day gaps between fixtures plus the AFC Champions League (Patiño will play in the QFs). That is battering on him.

Bad News on our defense From his FB Status: Carlie Olaivar Bueno para a todo aquel que le interese, hoy e recibido la peor noticia de mi carrera deportiva, rotura de ambos meniscos del externo y del interno mas rotura del ligamento cruzado y del ligamento lateral...estaré fuera de los terrenos de juego un tiempo y empezare a ponerme a trabajar desde ya para volver cuanto antes con el doble de fuerza y de ganas. For those who are interesting, today i received the worst news in my whole career, looks like i need operation for both meniscus in the right knee plus ACL and LCL... i´ll be out of the field for a while so i will start to work hard since now for bounce back as soon as possible and stronger!!

time for Barbaso to step-up. im sure he will be our RB for the rest of the year especially during friendlies unless Weiss will put Manny Ott or James YH back on this position or if Demit will suit-up again
