Kudos to those submitting the videos and composite work. However, as a professional in the field of Architectural Animation, I am really amazed that the INC, with all of their money, has NOT YET mounted a professional effort to produce much higher quality renderings and architectural animations. I know that our forum contributors have done the best with the tools available to them, and kudos for their efforts. Frankly though, the INC really should put something much more professional together considering all of the money they are spending...

I could not agree less to you as i am also in the field of architecture. but I think its just that the Church is so frugal they tend to save as much as possible. I know the Church administration is that frugal because i'm a member of the church and I can tell you we save down to the last centavo. Also, maybe you noticed too that many details of the arena have changed since the first render, maybe they thought its not practical to spend for a hi-quality render and animation when the design is not really that final Hindi ba ito inabutan ng BAHA? Nope. someone said in another thread and in FB that the floor of the arena's basement is two meters higher than the elevation of the NLEX. basically the arena is like as though it is situated on top of a very wide hill.

oye==> frugal to the last penny? Any idea how much of your Sunday collections are going in to this huge development? When you consider the cost of a good 3D animation / renders, it is but a very very tiny portion of the overall cost of a development like this. Anyway, I wish the INC guys all the best and a big vote of support for having the vision and deep pockets to build a development like this. Peace!

For those who are still confused. Posted by an Azkal Fan on PHL Azkals FB Page: The stadium is for football, track and field etc while the arena is for basketball, concerts etc. By the way, we can merge the threads about the NEU Football Stadium with this one.

Wow I saw this in NLEX and its awesome! Ang laki! Hopefully they let our National team to play here for at least a Friendly game. From an article posted in one of the AFF Suzuki thread, the PFF and FAS are bidding to co-host the 2014 AFF Suzuki Cup with the NEU stadium as one of the venue for one of the group stages. For those who are still confused. Posted by an Azkal Fan on PHL Azkals FB Page: The stadium is for football, track and field etc while the arena is for basketball, concerts etc. By the way, we can merge the threads about the NEU Football Stadium with this one. Wow! Look at 'em cranes. Massive. And that's a nice capture. Much clearer photo. BTW, from updates and photos I've seen although not visible from NLEX, behind those two massive structures is the sports complex which construction is also on-going. With the rate they're going with the construction, I can't wait to see the major progress by mid of 2013. If they follow the original rendering, there will be huge LED screens inside and outside the stadium and a digital scoreboard that works. ;D Here's another YT video posted at skyscrapercity thread. credit to the owner and the poster. Ganda nong kuha. You can really see how huge these structures are. And if I'm not mistaken, they've started on the landscaping (planting trees) on its surroundings. source link: www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=1434357&page=40

They've really made a lot of progress since the last update. They're now doing the 2nd tier seatings. [credit to PA true update at skyscrapercity]. I'm so looking forward to when they're going to put up the roof and we see how it will look like when its finished like this latest render. credit to kaelthas18 source link: www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=1434357&page=45
