The only drawback was a lack of venue but if the USC stadium meets the requirments, they would probably hold a few games there. The stadium might even be considered as host venue for future Cebu Queen City United games in the UFL.

Volcanoes game is on Sunday.
What do you think is the image of RMS during that time? I know that there are renovations now there eh hehe.
Wew RMS has no space if you upgrade it to 75000. Parking is also the problem here. Removing the track oval and replace it with grandstand, do you think it can reach 75000 capacity?

Rizal Memorial Stadium's bleachers have now scaffolding and newly-constructed posts in them, as seen in the photos by Kaholero Araceli Soccorro ( filipinokopite) during the Asian5Nations tournament being held there. I assume a renovation coming underway.

It looks like they are adding a second level to increase RMS's capacity. Any pictures of the pitch itself?

a second level bleachers. Good for RMS. Still no confirmation about that it's just a wild guess but I hope it's true. If there is 2nd level what do you think is now the capacity of RMS?

Based on the pics, not sure if second level bleachers or just roofing.

We still have no idea what will they do in the bleachers. The only thing we know for now is they will stripped off the grass and replace it with artificial pitch. Still wondering what will they do to increase the capacity of RMS. Hope the scaffolding there will be our hint for now.
By the way, if the grass is now artificial, could the Volcanoes still use RMS? Hope RMS is also for Volcanoes if they have games since the rugby field measurement is somewhat equal or less than the size of a football field. RMS = home of PHI team

A second level for RMS's bleachers? Why not?
