it would be cool if the two future non- NCR leagues' champions would participate in the UFL season after their championship season then go back to their respective leagues after their UFL stint and then the new champs can take their spot for the next UFL season.

i think the top 2 of each league plus 2 wildcards should advance to a home and away playoff format, which comes down to 4 then 2, deciding the eventual winner. sort of like the UEFA Champions League.

i dont think your playoff would work out because i bet you 3rd to 5th-place teams from div. 1 of UFL would definitely beat them non-ncr league champs. if you think about it, a lot of fil-foreigners and foreigners with playing background from overseas plays or signed with the Div. 1 clubs of the UFL. you cant really have more than one premier leagues. usually the top-tier league is the one with the most talent.
i think they should have the UFL be the premier league while the other future non-NCR leagues would be lower tier that run parallel to each other... sort of like the England's FA system. i think it makes sense for the non-NCR league champs to have a spot for the prestigious UFL season for them to feature their skills. who knows, a player from the non-NCR league champ that stood out during the UFL season might get signed by the bigger UFL clubs for the next season.

SEPTEMBER 19 (Sugod.com) – Chico FC’s Richard Ledesma hit a hat trick as Chico got their first win in the ZUFL Cup with a comfortable 11-0 victory over Los Maestros at the Sta. Maria Football Field in Zamboanga City.
It was an impressive feat for Ledesma who scored all three goals within four minutes – the first in ZUFL history. He scored in the 33rd, 35th and 37th minute to put Chico up ahead 10-0 in the first half.
Chico FC captain Nikko Vasquez opened the scoring frenzy with a goal in the 9th minute. Jopet Seguide added another three minutes later then completed his brace with a goal in the 18th minute.
Ronan Acaylar scored the 4th goal for Chico then Vasquez and Belsie Agustin found the fifth and sixth goal before club captain Nikko Vasquez found his second goal in the 30th minute. From then on, it was goalscoring frenzy for Richard Ledesma.
Belsie Agustin scored the last goal in the match just four minutes until the end of the first half.
It was a heavy beating that ended Chico FC winning 11-0 over Los Maestros breaking the 3-0 victory set by Air Force against Aguila last week.
