Yes they do. Some of these players like Van Dijk and Lilipaly might also not be available for the Suzuki Cup because of club commitments. However because Indonesian clubs pay relatively competitive high salaries, a lot of these players have moved to the Indonesian leagues and will indeed be available for the Suzuki Cup assuming again that Indonesia is not suspended and they make the team which is not guaranteed.

IDN does not allow dual citizenship unlike us kaya madali lang for our foreign based Filipino players to join our team. Here's the answer if these players have Indonesian roots. - Cristian Gonzales - no Indonesian roots. Married an Indonesian Muslim woman and he later converted to Islam.
- Ruben Wuarbanaran - with Indonesian roots.
- Diego Michels - no Indonesian roots (clarify me for this)
- Kim Jeffry Kurniawan - with Indonesian roots
- Jhonny Van Beukering - with Indonesian roots
- Tonnie Cussel Lilipaly - with Indonesian roots (clarify me for this)
- Greg Nwokolo - no Indonesian roots (clarify me for this)
- Victor Igbonefo - no Indonesian roots (clarify me for this)
- Stefano Lilipaly - with Indonesian roots
All of them except Wuarbanaran (plays in CS Vise currently) left their respective clubs in their homeland and currently plays in ISL and Liga Prima Indonesia. But their play in 2012 Suzuki Cup is in peril if PSSI doen't fix their issue. They'll be banned from international matches. Deadline is June 15 to fix their issue. All I could say is our Foreign based Filipino players is better than them ;D They still currently plays in their respective places to gather more skills
If they lose to us in Suzuki Cup, they will say most of our players is naturalized. A common alibi for them ;D they don't know their FILIPINOS but only living abroad Anyway goodluck PH team. July 11, we'll know our enemies in Suzuki Cup

LILIPALY ANXIOUS FOR AFF SUZUKI 2012 OUTING APRIL 01, 2012 JAKARTA (2 April 2012) – Recently naturalised Indonesian player Stefano Lilipaly is itching to see action in the region’s most popular sporting event – the AFF Suzuki Cup. The 22-year-old defender, who received his Indonesian citizenship last year, is currently playing for FC Utrecht in Holland’s Eredivisie. But he indicated this week that he had already turned down an offer from the club to a year’s extension to his contract. “With this latest development, it would mean that I am ready to attend selection for the AFF Suzuki Cup,” said Lilipaly. “I hope that I will be given more opportunity to turn out for Indonesia.” The preliminary round of the AFF Suzuki Cup 2012 will be held in late November in Malaysia and Thailand. www.aseanfootball.org/?p=8044

I agree with Fadski, would prefer Indonesia to be in our group for i believe they are not really prepared as a National Team to compete with all the government and football association problems. With our recent friendly draw with Malaysia (even if they fielded majority of their second stringers) i believe they are beatable.
I'm a little bit concerned with Singapore though, most of their national team players are playing for Singapore XII club which is currently top of the standing in the Malaysian Super League. It will be a cohesive unit for the SG NT.
If most of our Filipino players playing abroad will be available we could possibly win the Cup.

Australia can't join the Suzuki Cup this is because AUS is not a member of AFF. It's just an invitee of AFF. "Australia is not a member of the AFF, but have been allowed to send teams to the youth competitions. Australia is generally grouped into the AFF association by AFC when conducting regional draws in international competition." - Wikipedia Australia is targeting 2013 EAFF East Asian Cup instead with the likes of Korea, Japan and China. (http://au.fourfourtwo.com/news/238061,australia-to-compete-in-east-asia-cup.aspx) Never say never, maybe in the future, its an option for them to try their hands at the Suzuki Cup, most likely with the players they have in the A-League (domestic league) rather than European based players.

I think Indonesia will start to look dangerous once we start thinking they are unprepared and that they don't have what it takes to win the Cup. Yes, i agree that their status now with regard to their league or association issues will affect them big time, but it could also generate them HOPE. Remember we were once like that; before all of these ads and fame came to surface, Azkals also were into deep and difficult situations. But it gave the team HOPE and COURAGE and dared to believe that they can do it and that they can prove an upset against a powerhouse team that considers them minnows. The biggest turn out was the version of this tourney back in 2010, when everybody else thinks our game is nothing.

Winter break in the Danish Superliga usually falls in early December. But I highly doubt it that AGF would release him in the middle of November.

Dec 9 is their last game and begins again on March 3 the following year. Jerry has been sharing starting duties and still is an important cog in the AGF machine. I doubt they'd let him go BUT if they do then game on!
